Huge 2 level B&N. Sooooo many books and gifts. Starbucks Cafe has lots of drinks and snacks. Child area has a great selection too.

This place is nice big with 2 floors and let you have some space to read and get some rest while reading. New gift , tech , and romantic stuff you can find too. Barnes and Noble staff here are very friendly and nice behaved. Hope you can find here what you’re looking for.

I love Barnes and Noble and this one in Holyoke compared to one I Hadley is far better. A lot of people in this one vs the one in Hadley which was very very quiet and barely anyone. Fully stocked on everything again unlike the one in Hadley. Would definitely travel the distance to come to this one vs the one in Hadley This location has an excellent selection of just about everything from (of course) books, Legos, funko pops, stuffed animals, puzzles, pusheen and kids toys.

Just had an amazing experience at the Barnes and Noble café in Holyoke, MA! The barista, Joe, surprised me with a handcrafted coffee, and it totally made my day. It’s the first time I’ve received such a thoughtful gesture without even asking for it. Shoutout to Joe for making my visit extra special! ☕😊

I haven't been there in years it looks better than before and staffing welcomes you. They did a 360 I will be coming more often. deals are great what ever your looking for from novel to drama to nonfiction to fiction they have you ask you shall receive Barnes and noble is doing it big this time around. Got what i needed. Great selection. Checkout was backed up but got through relatively fast. Not a fan of them pushing the rewards. At least the checker i had backed off when i said i wasnt interested. I heard a few others not listening to the customers trying for the upsale.

One small problem - I usually head for mystery secti on - tons of paperbacks, where are the hard backs? One more thing - sales on older books used to be great. Now the selection is skimpy! I know changes are going to happen, but, please remember Barnes & Noble should be a fun experience for all ages.
