Not a clean hotel. Very hot room with no air conditioner or fan. After 4 years they sent a letter to from their lawyer asking me to remove my honest review.

Amazing place to stay, kind staff, well organised, anything you need just ask the staff and they will do their best to help you. Also something I rarely see in hotels is free WiFi and this one has it. All in all, an amazing hotel.

It was fine, but rooms were quite small and restaurant was closed during my stay. Good location in city centre.

Absolutely shocking practices. Do not book this hotel! Like another reviewer mentioned, my elderly mother booked to stay at this hotel and due to a delayed flight arrived late at night at 11pm to find no room. The hotel was shut. Nobody answering the phone, no means to get in touch in any way. She had to rely on complete strangers' help in the middle of the night to find another hotel to stay in. Even the next day and despite the help of the town tourism information centre nobody was able to get in touch with the hotel, just constantly straight to voicemail.

Do NOT book, no one was there. My family was stranded in Reutlingen at night with nowhere to stay since the hotel appeared to be shut down, we called every hotel around to try and find a place to stay and they all said that they had people calling them the last couple weeks with the same problem. Not sure what's going on since no doorbell rings, phone calls, or emails were answered so anyone looking for a place to stay, please be aware it doesn't seem to be open anymore and their website doesn't tell you that.

Don't book this hotel! Booked this hotel via Airbnb and the self check-in was not working. I was standing at the entry and couldn't access the hotel. When calling the host, noone picked up the phone. Contacted the Airbnb support and they couldn't reach the host either. Also, neighbors standing nearby reported that this happens frequently. Luckily I got my refund. The host didn't even apologize for those tremendous invonveniences. Won't try to book this hotel again.
