Loved the ambience of it's garden restaurant overlooking the shores of lake Victoria. The view is amazing...offers a great place to unwind!loved the food as well 🙂

Very poor service! No menu.. issued verbally by the waiters. After eating, again the bill is also issued verbally. If you insist on a receipt, the staff take ages to produce a sales receipt. Those at the reception are preoccupied with watching TV and all seems less motivated and uninterested in what they are employed to do. It was my first visit and I cannot recommend it to anyone. The food prices do not match the services offered.

Quite a cool environment with a nice lake view with a constant sea breeze. Sufficient water and all types of Kenyan delicacies. One of the best places to stay in Homabay town.

The view of the lake is breathtaking. Good customer service however come with less expectations as the menu is very limited

Reception is friendly. We also had lunch here. The service was good. The fresh air ambience I'd recommend any day and they have a playground for kids.

An awesome place, with specious place for wedding ceremonies and parting,a place for children to play with a swimming pool.

Wonderful extensive grounds at the lake front with a good view of the lake and caught the beautiful sight of the sunset too. However I give 3 stars because you have to be super patient with service (snail pace), they got my food order wrong and charge you if you bring cake in even if you purchase drinks and food there.

Great location. Great staff. They have maintained the designs I found when I resided there in the 90's. A well thought makeover can elevate this once prestigious hotel to a Five Star Hotel.

The place is nice, serene, looking for a getaway at the lake shore its a great choice. The bad attitude in some staffs is the issue.
