Everything from the staff , ambiance, food was top notch I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an out of town getaway. The proximity to the Lake Victoria as well is a plus in my book. Just make sure to put on sunscreen when traveling there during the dry months as the temperatures are quite high.

It's actually the best hotel in homabay town. Located along the road as you drive out of town towards kisumu, 50 meters from the intersection. An awesome facility, child friendly, a family friendly hotel and ideal for seminars and workshops for your staff. Drop by on a sunny day for a sweet swim

Has restaurants for outside and residentias clients. A fantastic luxurious pool for all ages at manageable cost. The building is fitted with wheelchair enable infrastructure, stairs and spacious first class lift. Took my wife out for dinner here. The fifth floor restaurant. The hotel is actually really well done, amazing ambience. The 5th floor restaurant could use screens on the windows so they can stay open in the night and limit insects. The food was great! Delicious and the server very courteous. 5star service!

The restaurant on the fifth floor has nice sweeping views of Lake Victoria. The rooms are good and tastefully furnished. There are lots of parking spaces and its location at the heart of Home Bay town makes it a great place to stay when visiting the lakeside town whether for business or pleasure. The breakfast selection could use some work even though many should find it satisfactory for a facility of its class and status.

You want a hotel closer to Homabay town and lake Victoria this is the place to be. It's quite affordable. It has a great view of the lake. They don't have a beach but they have a swimming pool within the hotel.

Can only comment on the restaurant as we came.in at about 10am and they allowed us onto the buffet breakfast. The food was LOVELY! The service was superb. Highly recommended.

I attended a day conference at Cold Springs. The tea was really really nice. The service was also great. The conference room and WiFi worked really well. The hotel is also easy to access.

The level of service is excellent from the entance to the Restaurant- served by Duncan who knew the menu well and was very helpful, the food was tasty with generous portions prepared by Chef Shube- we enjoyed the family lunch- keeo it up … we will be back!

My three friends and I spent two nights at colds hotel over Easter weekend 2022.We really enjoyed the hospitality. Very hospitable, helpful and friendly staff from the gateman to the GM Brigadier Chacha. The GM really came through for us. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Very delicious meals. I would recommend Coldsprings hotels to anyone visiting Homabay.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Coldspring Hotel! The reception and room service was excellent! The breakfast was also very rich! Only mango was the kitchen for lunch or dinner, which I have criticized several times. But the manager promised to change that.
