This is a perfect cafe to have a hot foamy latte while enjoying a delicious dessert in any evening. Nice cozy environment. Relaxing vibes. I have tried their baked blueberry cheese cake, berry opera cake, passion fruit tart and baked Alaska. All of them were really good. But I also tried their caramel eclair and another dessert which was a banana mouse with a chocolate and peanut covering. They were soggy , wet and Awful. Their chocolate and strawberry milkshakes were also fine. You must visit them once and have that experience 🥳

Good service, great coffee and amazing food. Reasonable pricing compared to other high end cafés and completed with a very pleasant and calming ambiance. The staff was very polite and professional and their food was warm and fresh and absolutely delicious. Especially their blueberry cheesecake, which in my opinion is to die for. Highly recommend.

The Monarch Imperial's Tea Burst cafe offers an affordable coffee fix that's just passable in terms of taste. Unfortunately, the lack of skill of the baristas is evident in the presentation of the drinks. While I haven't tried their snacks or pastries, I had a slice of cake (berry opera) that was overly sweet and rather dull. The cafe's glass walls provide a stunning view of the outside world, but they also create an echo chamber of sound, making the atmosphere unbearably loud. It's clear that Tea Burst isn't the best spot for a productive work session. Taking everything into account, Tea Burst gets 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Great food and good coffee. Not a great place to work from due to lack of plug points. Pity because it's a place with great natural Lighting as well. A good selection of desserts and ice cream too.

My favourite Café in Colombo. Friendly staff and great ambiance. It's a calm place you can even do your work while enjoying some coffee. I'm a fan of eclairs so I tried the Chocolate and the Caramel eclair. Both tasted very good.

I went on a poya day at lunchtime, and the place wasn't so crowded. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. I ordered the club sandwich with pork bacon. Tasty food. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

They have good food and drinks but in my opinion it's a bit overpriced. The service was great but the time I went it was pretty busy and noisy. So I wouldn't recommend it here if you want to relax and take your time. I ordered a cafe mocha and a chocolate croissant. They were both really good and the chocolate was rich and flavorful. They have savory options as well.

Went there a couple days ago. The service was great, the ambience was amazing and the food was delicious and won't break your bank. One of the nicest places I've recently been to. Keep up the good work, please don't lose your quality.

Catchy atmosphere and loved the vibe inside. Located inside the monarch imperial, right in-front of the entrance. From the things we tried can recommend cappuccino and chocolate mousse. We tried chicken puff pastries, fish rolls too but the taste is off. Savory items can improve a lot. They do have a sandwich station and wide range of ice cream too.

Tea burst is one and only pastry shop in Monarch Imperial which serves breakfast. We had breakfast on 16th Friday 2022 to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. Place wasn't rushy at all and we loved the atmosphere. We had 2 Blueberry danishes, 2 chicken puff pastry, chicken ham croissant, signature sandwich, passion fruit tart, caramel eclair and 2 caffe latte. The cost was around 5000 rs. Everything(service, food quality, our time spent there) worth the price. Food is delicious. Good service. The croissant I ordered suppose to have poached pineapple. But I didn't find any pineapple piece there. They took time to bring the sandwiches and croissant to the table, all the other food items were showcased. P.s. few days ago I called them to get the menu. A girl answered the phone call and she took my WhatsApp number telling she'll send me the menu.. THOSE BECAME JUST WORDS!! I never get a menu until I go there. 😂 Typical people. So I gave 4 stars. Recommended Tea bust to anyone and will go there again.
