Nothing to say about this place. The worst customer service i have ever experienced from here. I just booked this placed for my sister and his made for two night through online. Cash cannot be refundable as per the conditions. The relevant day i went with my sister and his husband to drop there(newly married couple) and while travelling i tried to call them to ask about the readiness and the location but non of bloody service officers reacted to me. Finally i went there very diffically and no one came even to open the gate of hotel while i sounding the horn. Few minutes later one boy came to me and i asked several things but he dont have any single decision making power and we were helpless there and finally we came out there after scolding that boy. Think before you booking online.

From the day we placed our booking, staff was so helpful. They shared their food menu and everything via whatsapp. And confirm within such a short notice and a small confirmation amount. Rooms are kinda new but washrooms were not properly cleaned. There were bit of dust & stains in shower,walls and floor. Food was okay. Not on point as they mention on Standard room menu. Some items were missing as they're out of them. Dinner 6/10 Breakfast was really good as we selected Sri Lankan options. It went smoothly as the head count of our group. Breakfast 8/10 Bites : Do not recommend their seperate bite portions other than buying bites per 1kg rates(even bit over-priced) . Very lesser quantity for the price paid. Plus points : Their pool was open without any limitations overnight, nice view facing river and easy access. Can have a good drinking session near the pool as they're arranging the tables as we wish. There are like totally 8 rooms in the property.

Wow 😯 this place was really good with a view of a river we stayed two nights in a cottage. Cottage was clean and tidy and there is a cook so we could eat what we want but we have to take dry foods as we need. Swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ was also there. Good for family outings as well as office day outs I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay there. I would recommend this place to anyone since charges also fair.
