They
have
a
good
product
range
from
Chocolate
Deserts,
Hand
Made
Chocolates,
Gift
Packs
to
Hot
and
Cool
Beverages.
I
have
tried
a
few
of
them
and
I
choose
their
Eclairs
as
the
best.
But
the
quality
of
their
chocolate
drink
varies
day
by
day
if
it
tastes
good
it's
your
lucky
day
it
could
taste
just
like
water
on
another
day.
Prices
are
reasonable
way
less
than
the
imported
chocolate
so
does
the
taste.
Therefore
cannot
complain
about
it.
The
place
could
be
better
with
more
planning
and
better
arrangements.
The
outlet
is
too
small
or
they
have
occupied
too
large
showcases
inside
it.
Very
little
space
for
customers
to
stay
when
another
try
to
go
inside
the
door
would
slam
against
a
customer
already
inside
the
shop.
They
could
have
used
narrow
showcases
or
outward
opening
doors
to
address
this
issue
with
existing
infrastructure.
They
have
ample
parking,
sitting
spaces,
and
toilet
facilities
(which
are
clean)
are
plus
points.
The
staff
they
have
employed
are
horrible
and
a
waste
of
money.
Their
ego
is
very
high
and
their
attitude
is
not
suitable
for
an
employee
in
the
service
sector.
They
should
have
given
training
on
customer
service.
There
are
too
many
staff
who
do
nothing
and
take
hours
to
deliver.
I
have
noticed
only
one
guy
who
is
willing
to
care
for
customers
who
seems
to
be
the
newbie.
I
have
visited
the
place
a
few
times
and
wasn't
satisfied
with
their
customer
service.
I'll
list
down
two
ugly
incidents
I
had
with
them.
1.
I
decided
to
buy
30
Eclairs
and
Chocolate
drinks
to
give
a
treat
to
my
colleagues.
When
I
asked
the
cashier
whether
they
have
a
discount
on
bulk
purchases
she
replied
rudely
that
they
give
a
5%
discount
only
for
large
orders
then
I
asked
how
large
and
she
proudly
replies
orders
over
5000
LKR.
My
order
was
already
above
6500
LKR
is
she
doesn't
know
how
to
multiply
or
has
not
passed
her
mathematics
in
OLs
or
what?
Kandos
should
have
employed
someone
who
knows
basic
mathematics
as
a
cashier.
And
they
took
ages
to
complete
the
order,
they
just
gazed
at
me
with
a
stair
of
despair
instead
of
completing
the
order.
And
also
they
are
not
happy
when
paid
by
card.
After
covid,
I
usually
like
to
do
my
transaction
via
digital
methods
(Cards/QR)
other
than
touching
cash.
2.
Once
when
I
pay
for
a
snack
with
a
card
the
Cashier
girl
was
muttering
to
college
"Giving
a
card
for
such
a
small
payment"
Is
this
how
you
treat
customers?
And
also
they
didn't
give
a
5%
discount
for
my
6700LKR
order
since
I
paid
with
a
card.
I
guess
the
card
phobia
is
coming
down
to
them
from
the
management.
Finally,
this
is
a
good
place
to
buy
chocolates
which
could
be
a
great
place
if
not
run
by
such
unworthy
staff.
