This was our favorite chocolate shop! We were so happy we stumbled upon it, as we were trying to get out of the rain while finding a place for dinner. What a happy find. The gentleman behind the counter was seriously helpful, explaining everything. They Have a good Parking Area. Good Customee service. And very reasonable prices. I realky enjoyed that chocolate shake during this sunny climate in the afternoons. Chocolate biscuit pudding was little bit sugery. I reccomend everyone to try the small chocolate pieces. They are so delisious compared to the bigger ones. You can get collection of Kandos chocolate 🍫 most custom made which you can't find in grocery stores. Like the cold chocolate drink, Reasonably priced, BUT it is very tiny place, out side seating 💺 available

Great place to get some chocolates. It's not the wrapped and sold kind chocolates you found in every supermarket. They offer decent collection with various flavours. They taste great. Perfect place to buy some chocolates to your lover. Or even to gift someone. Plus not expensive as you'd expect. They have 5 - 20 seating Capacity outside . However you can enjoy a chocolate drink while standing since the place doesn't get crowded most of the time. Just the place to visit if you need a sugar rush. You’re sure to get an overdose of sugar just by looking the range of chocolates they have. The Choco drink is a must try. The service levels very good. Parking available for 10 - 20 vehicles. Highly recommend place for chocolates

Good Product Range, Affordable Prices, Average Place, Horrible Staff ! They have a good product range from Chocolate Deserts, Hand Made Chocolates, Gift Packs to Hot and Cool Beverages. I have tried a few of them and I choose their Eclairs as the best. But the quality of their chocolate drink varies day by day if it tastes good it's your lucky day it could taste just like water on another day. Prices are reasonable way less than the imported chocolate so does the taste. Therefore cannot complain about it. The place could be better with more planning and better arrangements. The outlet is too small or they have occupied too large showcases inside it. Very little space for customers to stay when another try to go inside the door would slam against a customer already inside the shop. They could have used narrow showcases or outward opening doors to address this issue with existing infrastructure. They have ample parking, sitting spaces, and toilet facilities (which are clean) are plus points. The staff they have employed are horrible and a waste of money. Their ego is very high and their attitude is not suitable for an employee in the service sector. They should have given training on customer service. There are too many staff who do nothing and take hours to deliver. I have noticed only one guy who is willing to care for customers who seems to be the newbie. I have visited the place a few times and wasn't satisfied with their customer service. I'll list down two ugly incidents I had with them. 1. I decided to buy 30 Eclairs and Chocolate drinks to give a treat to my colleagues. When I asked the cashier whether they have a discount on bulk purchases she replied rudely that they give a 5% discount only for large orders then I asked how large and she proudly replies orders over 5000 LKR. My order was already above 6500 LKR is she doesn't know how to multiply or has not passed her mathematics in OLs or what? Kandos should have employed someone who knows basic mathematics as a cashier. And they took ages to complete the order, they just gazed at me with a stair of despair instead of completing the order. And also they are not happy when paid by card. After covid, I usually like to do my transaction via digital methods (Cards/QR) other than touching cash. 2. Once when I pay for a snack with a card the Cashier girl was muttering to college "Giving a card for such a small payment" Is this how you treat customers? And also they didn't give a 5% discount for my 6700LKR order since I paid with a card. I guess the card phobia is coming down to them from the management. Finally, this is a good place to buy chocolates which could be a great place if not run by such unworthy staff.

They have variety of chocolates but most of that same chocolate molded in to different shapes no more unique . But kanvita drink and rocky road , cashew cluster , eclair , chunky bars are very tasty and worth price Other varieties are not worth to price just only the shape .
