Such a unprofessional service.Took my mother there for treatments but the staff is not qualified, even they didn’t provide a trolley for this patient who was in a serious condition.When doing the treatments they have a given a low cost vaccine for the surgeon without letting us know and the patient didn’t get any result from that injection.Then we were asking they told us that there’s a vaccine which cost more and have best results.I don’t know why they are so careless like this as a responsible institute.We spend more than 20000+ for those few hours but not worth.The doctor said that my mother can’t stand for months and there’s a huge damage in her backbone.but now she’s well and there’s nothing as mentioned.We took her to a specialist on the same day and he threw away all the medicine that is given by this doctor.

Hospital is worse than a government hospital. The Hospital management has to do something about the facilities, because they’re charging for everything from patients but failed to give good services. There’s no proper AC or Fans weren’t working, people can’t even breathe properly, I almost had to wait two and half hours before my time, there’s no proper appointment system. People who came without appointments were considered than who had appointments.

This is the worst private hospital in Maharagama. Their service is very disappointing, and they don't know how to treat a patient well. Medical staff and nurses are also the worst. I was waiting more than 2 hours in line to meet the doctor. If you love your life, please don't go to this place. Choose Hemas, Asiri, or another private hospital that provides a valuable service.

Worse hospital doctor asked me to do a endescopy test and I asked from the receptionist how much it will cost they said it will cost around 30000 but on the day when I go to ward and they were saying it will cost like 60000 so I again asked from reception then they are saying it will cost like 50000 . The staff is saying the cost by looking at face no standard charge for test. I asked a relation of mine to try to call and asked how much will it cost she got the reply maximum 45000. Don't ever visit this hospital. If visit ask the complete price before a test.

Worst numbering system ever saw in an OPD. Same number issued twice for booking and visiting patients. It took 2 and half hours to see the doctor and checking took only two minutes. Does not recommend this OPD.

I got covid-19 positive and my condition was so bad as I was so fatigued. I was in a condition that I couldn’t even walk 10 feet. I was panting heavily and my heart beat erratically. I went there only once due to a small injury caused to me. The doctor took an X-ray and told me that my one plate in the back bone is slipped slightly and have to do physiotherapy. All the treatments costs me a lot but gave no results. Then I went to another doctor few days after and he told me that the previous condition can’t be diagnosed using an X-ray. He said that I have muscle pain due to that small accident and gave me a lotion to apply which was very cheap in price. That cured my injury completely. Thereafter I’m not going to this place anymore and not recommend at all.

I went to opd To get myself checked due to Hives all over my body. And the Doctor wrote some reports and asked me to wait for three hours and when the reports came, He made me scared by saying I’ve been infected by a dangerous deadly Germ and get admitted immediately. So I did. And after that no Doctor no nurse came to check me till next day morning. And I went to the counter and said it’s very difficult for me my body is itching all over severely please give me something. Then they acted fast and must appreciate the crew except the Doctor who lied to me just to get a commission from my bill. That fraud Doctor said, He will send a germ specialist to check me but no one came but a physician presented at that time. He said you can’t accurately say it’s a germ and it can be anything. Most probably an allergy. He also went and I knew these people are misleading me and I immediately asked for my discharge. And they put a huge bill on me for fee injections. Then I went to a general physician Dr. Chintaka de silwa who is a true Doctor. And He checked the same reports Ane said there’s nothing to worry about take these medicines for 7 days and you will be ok. Thank God! With his first dose of medicine I started to feel removing. My point here is why Being Doctors they do such terrible things to innocent patients. These are criminals. Unfortunately I couldn’t check that Fraud OPD Doctor’s name.

The hospital-based near the Toyota showroom in Nawinna opposite the petrol shed. The hospital is good. However, the food is not up to the standard. The cleaning standard is not up to a hospital standard. The walls were dirty and never a cleaning person came to clean the walls. They just cleaned the floor and washroom. When I was trying to leave the hospital after discharge, the hospital management was not very helpful. The same thing has happened to my mom also when she was at the hospital. I think this needs to improve. The caring was not up to the standard. One lady came and take me for the ultrasound scan and she left. After the ultrasound scan was completed, I had to wait for more than 15 minutes till someone come and pick me in the room. This is not good caring. These things need to improve. However, this is not a very bad hospital and I have a mediocre experience with the hospital. Chargers are in the average range.

Worst experience ever. The main Doctor Mr.Rathnayake is a good doctor. But the hospital staff seems so irresponsible. Please don't go here at night.Only thing they do is getting you admitted,measuring blood pressure,giving a saline & doing a FBC & sugar test.Even if you are having a serious illness they do only the above said things at night. Once admitted, they do not care a bit about the patient even we tell our symptoms to them. But at the end, a huge bill is given which is not worth the services at all!
