I had 8a.m. appointment @TLmaharagama ...drove in hoping may be I will have to wait and anticipating usual moody SL service, since I came bit early to avoid the traffic. I was delighted to be greeted and ushered in and the friendly prompt service. Also the reminder call last afternoon was really helpful. Had a great start to my #Toyota experince day. Hope the tech and the mech will also be satisfactory. Waiting at the bay....😀

If you own a Toyota, and you if you are serious about it's maintenance , then you need to let Toyota handle the services and general maintenance. Customer service at Maharagama Toyota is excellent. Everybody from the the gate to the counters are truly welcoming. They serve you tea or refreshments while you wait in the lounge area. There are juice dispensers and snacks that we can help ourselves to. Everything is open, so we can see how they handle the vehicles. I believe they stick to Toyota Production System tools, because the office areas and workshops are so clean and organised. They also gave customers lunch tokens. Even though people say that company service and maintenance is expensive, I did not see too much of a difference price wise, of getting our car serviced at a major service chain and at Toyota. Plus, it's safe, adds value to your vehicle, and all the spares and lubricants are genuine. I will continue to get my car serviced here.

Head on to there for a kind of deformed buttons mounts (EV Mode Traction Control Switch Board) They told out might well be broken and of needed the whole set needs to be replaced and told pricy. But they checked and tried to repair. They did an absolutely good job......! Able to correct the deformed "unbroken" part just by using a heat gun. They tried their best and out took much time. Add they have done it very carefully. And they completed it like a add it is before and did it at a free of charge

I went to Toyota Lanka Maharagama to get a quick oil change without a service appointment. Their customer service is excellent. Security personals are well disciplined and guided me to the process. They placed a colored token in my car and got my details for the health registry. The process has been implemented according to the health guidelines. Also, I could not contact the Maharagama branch through their IVR. Once you call their hotline, your call is directed to the Watthala branch. Though they transfer my call to the Maharagama branch, I could not get through and get my service appointment.

Wasting lot of time. Need better process. Waiting long time to do work or service.

Make sure not to accept their reports with regard to repairs. They gave a report stating that two rear shocks of my car must be replaced along with the gasket cover. However when I rechecked with an expert there wasn’t any issue. Luckily the stocks were empty, otherwise I would have ended up paying 70K-80K for nothing. Good customer service but their technical staff is not reliable. Their job is good for wheel alignment.
