Excellent location, very spacious, very clean Modern. Huge garden. Perfect for a friend's gathering. The rate includes breakfast for 7 people. Negative: once u checkin then the host will tell you all the rules, no loud music, no loud music after 10pm outside Helper stole 2 of our half drank alcohol bottles. Didn't agree when we confronted and we found it from his room. Hope they have replaced him.

This place is extremely friendly to deal with. Just call them up and they'll set things up to your requirement. To us they helped us plan a wonderful surprise party and went with the flow. Can't stress enough on how supportive and kind the staff here is. The villa has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a dining and living area with a kitchen. Has a smart TV, with an internet connection as well. There are kitchen utensils which you can use. You can make your tea/coffee in house, or get the staff to bring you some from their kitchen. Food from outside is allowed. Towels and sanitary items are available. All rooms have a mirror table and cupboard. The pool can be used all day, for an overnight stay, but may have restrictions for a spend the day. Pool is outdoors and loud noises after 10pm at the pool are not encouraged, as it disturbs the neighbours, but could nevertheless be used without much noises. There's parking for about 3-4 vehicles in the large garden area. The gates are electronic, and locked from the inside. Entering without permission from the outside is not allowed nor possible. All in all, one of the best places in the Colombo district if you're looking for a private villa space.

Awesome place to getaway on a weekend and chill out within Colombo. Price is reasonable, quite environment, comfortable rooms. Good service provided by the helper, only negative point is the bad attitude of the manager.

Beautiful villa with a nice and clean pool. Spacous garden. The 2 double rooms are a bit stuffy bit the triple room is super nice, high ceiling and separate shower. Ranjith (Nana) is a great host and makes you feel at home. We spent a wonderful week here, going horse riding to the nearby Ceylon Riding Clun daily. Wonderful place, great stay. Thank you much :-))

A party of a few people can have a great time by the pool. Three well maintained rooms well away from the pool while those who wanna rest do that while others can party on 👍

This beautiful villa is located in Piliyandala in Colombo District with easy access to many major towns; Colombo, Piliyandala, Moratuwa, Mt Lavinia, Panadura and Kalutara. It has a large garden in a very quiet environment full of green with bird singing all the time. Single storey house with three large air-conditioned rooms, lot of open spaces and verandah facing the garden. This villa is full of luxury with modern features. Both continental and Asian meals are available. Good for holiday stay for expats and tourists. Tuk tuk rides are arranged from the villa to Colombo city. This has been recently featured in Sri Lanka’s popular TV Channel owing to its uniqueness. . This Villa can be highly recommended with its professional touch.

Excellent service provided by Mr. Nanayakkara. They are felxible on your requirement. Very clean and cozy place. They have all kitchen equipment so that you can even prepare your own meal. A larg garden space available.

The place is awesome. But the first impression was not a good one regarding the guy who is looking after the place. Other than that nothing wrong with the place.

Lovely clean house and facilities. It was much bigger than expected. Not burdened by the Colombo street noise. The grocery shops nearby were lifesavers👍 *You have to be careful to keep the doors shut otherwise mosquitoes get in

I stayed here for two weeks while I was on holiday in Sri Lanka with a group of friends. We used this place as a base to do road trips to places outside of Colombo. It is a great place for accessing the southern parts of Sri Lanka because it is located near the motorway. It is also near to central Colombo and local fashion malls and eateries. The place is very clean and has a large garden. It has all the amenities you would expect. It is in a quiet location despite being so central, and is very private. I highly recommend it as a place to stay while you holiday in Sri Lanka!

The place is amazing. The prize I pated for it.. super worth it. Better if they put like a sticker or something in some of the steps. I almost toppled and fell a couple of times in steps near the pool and near the sliding doors. The place is beautiful!
