AC not working in first apartment we checked. Lift not working. Had to carry the luggage 3 floors to an apartment where the AC worked. Pool not cleaned and not ready for use. Bedroom door lock broken. Windows have no locks. Rate is 7500/- (this dump is in Kaduwela) where as Cinnamon Red (Colpetty) is going for 9450/- net tonight. WHAT A DUMP.

A relatively small apartment complex located near Kaduwela. Their care taker Mr. Priyardarshana was so helpful and attentive. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. Didn't have time to try their food or the pool due to the tight schedule I had. Highly recommended 👍

Sky14 is an amazing place I must say. The staff is friendly, food is awesome and the apartments are brilliant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sri Lanka for business or holiday purposes.

Rooftop pool is a great place to hold private functions and parties. Rooms are also clean comfortable. Recommend place in the area. Although it’s bit difficult to locate using google maps.

I spent 12 days at this wonderful place with my family. The environment was amazing and it was very calm in the night. The kids were having a great fun at the rooftop swimming pool and the staff was very pleasing.

Owner and her staff was so friendly and welcoming..such a lovely and a peaceful place to be at.you wouldn't even feel you are in cmb.. Also serves delicious food to the doorstep..good facilities.clean and tidy. Worth for the price paid.keep up the good service.definitely thumbs up! :)

I highly recommend Sky14, the staff were inviting and the cleanliness of the room was great. Definitely would come again soon . One more thing, highly recommended the view.😊

Excellent place with nice apartments and nice view on rooftop restaurant. Food are great too. If you looking for calm and quiet getaway near colombo this is a great option.

Nice place. But expensive.

Excellent facility and very tasty food. Very friendly staff makes you feel at home. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Hope that a chain of hotels will come up in all parts of Sri Lanka to enjoy their hospitality.

I had an 1 month stay at this hotel. I came there from Romania, on university duties, and I chose it for its location near SLIIT. Everything was great from the beginning until the end. The residence is located in a beautiful green area. The room had all the necessary amenities and more and was kept always clean and in order. The people were very warm and welcoming. I have beautiful memories from there. If I'll come back to Colombo area, I will definitely choose it again!

Can recommend this Apartment to family staying or even single stay.. good caretaker. Also owner the Mrs Piyathunga is also nice and friendly too.. I stayed 1 night and it was superb stay! thank you
