We went there for a day-out, but we had to celebrate the birthdays of two of our friends at the same time. Our plan was to surprise them and should mention that the owner of the place helped us throughout the process of planning. He was so friendly and supportive and so much concerned about the needs of the customers. As a result, everything went smoothly as planned, and what grabbed our focus more was their signature lunch with Biriyani which was super delicious. There are so many indoor games you can play with your loved ones. So that your stay won’t be boring at any point. The place is great to spend the day with your family or friends and you can just feel like home. Thank you Ayansa Villa for the great experience ❤️

The place in itself had a good ambience and the price was moderate as well. The room and washroom that was given to us were tidy and we were given access to the living room and the swimming pool where we had the most fun. The down part of the experience were that, firstly, we were constantly shushed by the keepers even when we made little noise. The snooker table, fooseball table as well as the piano were all broken and the table tennis table is non usable. Last and the most important let down would be the food they promised. They only provided food for 6 for a crowd of 12 and we had to speak with the owner for about 10 to 15 mins to convince him in giving us what was promised. All in all, if not for the let downs, it is a fun place to spend the day.

Nice place for a simple day out, The package includes welcome drink,pool, lunch, dessert and etc. Had biriyani for lunch and caramel pudding for dessert which were delicious but still so much msg included. Pool area was not 100% hygienic. Anyhow the overall experience was good...

I had an outing at this place today, but unfortunately, the staff, especially the ladies, seemed a bit tired even though it was around 9 AM when I arrived. Overall, my stay there was peaceful and calm, and I was satisfied with the facilities included in the chosen package. However, I think they should improve the hygiene when serving food, as the lady who served me was not very careful with it. Some might argue it's part of their customer care experience, but as a different customer, I didn't quite appreciate it. Also, in the top floor room, there was no soap provided, which made it difficult for us to clean our hands before lunch. On the positive side, if you need a quick reservation, the owner is very attentive and focused on your needs.

Worst place ever. visited after paying an advance as well,but the management rent it to another set of people all ready,by lying them as well. Have to come back. Waste of money and time. We’ve stayed here 3 times now and my family and I have always been well taken care of. The house isn’t too far away from Colombo too. Food was fantastic. Will defo recommend!

Wonderful place! The villa is located near to the Kottawa highway exit, has delicious food & good service for a reasonable place. I have stayed at Ayansa Villa several times and will definitely visit again.

Overall disappointed with the arrangements. We have made the booking couple of days ago but until we reach there, no one knew that we are coming. Even though they said the villa will be dedicated for us, there were other crowed also in the villa. We have ordered the lunch during the booking, however that message was also not reached to the caretakers at the place and we had to bring the food via Uber.

Very neat and perfect place for a day out OR night stay! The owner who spoke with us and the workers who are there, all are very good. It's a perfect place specially for couples. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt , one of the best villas in Sri Lanka. Clam and a quiet place. luxury bedrooms with all the facilities. Indoor games , well maintained swimming pool, delicious food ,very professional & polite staff . Great value for money and would like to recommend this place to everyone.
