Don't go. Electrical goods, headsets, power banks etc had their old prices on yellow labels. On top of that, new prices were put on white labels without shame. If this is the case with these goods, what will happen to Rice,Sugar etc? They will force you to buy their cards. don't buy it, because you put the rest of the money into it without even getting any interest. same for toys, 499 was changed to 999. Shame on Richard paierissss....!

Their product variation is good for household items and other appliances. But for other super market items the items are limited than other super markets. The checkout will take long time and the process will be very slow. The staff at the bag counter are careless about customers and baggages. And in the inside upper floors it is hard to find a staff personnel to enquire about a household products. But in the lower floors the staff girls and boys play games in their work time. The vegetables and fruits are very expensive in the town and other household items are somewhat expensive than other stores. The only convenience is that all items can be purchased under one roof.

Poya day all the meat counters are closed but the insect killing machines are on. Went to an Outstation Arpico had 2 machines were switched on and there was an unusual number of insects flying in and killed by this machines which is sad to hear they dying. More than 100s in the time we were in store. At least can you switch these off on the poya day. ???

Unclean, with very old stock and a gloomy and overcrowded and confined atmosphere, with the poorest lighting conditions, that makes you long to leave- I called to file a complaint but your call center immediately declined every time I called- I bought a few goods yesterday and have now come to realise that the coconuts bought (costing 200/=) have nothing left to give- they are rotten to the core. I called to ask for a refund or further investigation but was declined my call in every attempt. Your customer service at the counter as well, in attempt to make conversation, came out seemingly flirtatious (in attempt to be friendly) and disrespectful and unprofessional. I kindly ask that you please look into your stock and store profile and make the improvements so that this doesn’t repeat and cause anymore chaos. Thank You.

Arpico super center staff are turning to be low quality , less skilled people who doesn't know how to handle customers carefully. I have witnessed this in both Navinna and Boralesgamuwa branches. That politeness, and welcoming behaviour that was there since the begining , seemed to be lost from them. Most of them are looking thuggery with tattoos on their hands and behaving with "Dont care" attitude.

Large department store with many varieties and branded imported stuff. Good parking space and good staff. Need more space for customers and expansion as well.

A great supermarket that you can buy any of your needs.

Smaller supermarkets like Pagoma, Seafair, etc. in Galle, have more than the groceries in this supermarket. There is not as much variety of goods as there is space.

Most household items get under one roof. In few areas not getting the A/C at all. Convenient location.

Big area. All kinds of daily essentials are available. Bakery available inside. Homeware, cookware, plastic, rubber glassware available. Prices are moderate. Discounts are smae as all other Arpico outlets. No special discounts. Product range is vast compared to other outlets. Can buy xmas decorations during December. Plenty of parking in the car park and roadside car park.

Huge area. You can fulfil most of your day-to-day necessities and other requirements such as furniture, sleeping requirements and etc. Ample parking. Better customer service.

We have been coming here for shopping since the day this outlet opened. It literally has everything we need. The staff is friendly and has good customer service.

False marketing. I put the discounted items on the cart with my other groceries and the 5 brands and I didn’t receive discounts for most of the items. Please stop cheating customers and wasting our valuable time. When i spoke to the manager at supermarket, she says Head Office has changed the promotion rules.

The pharmacy lady (around 50, wearing specs) is busy gossiping with other people and refused to give me some meds I asked saying I have to buy the whole pack, when I have already bought the same meds loose from the man who was there a few weeks earlier. Disappointed and she needs to do her job.

Large parking area. We can buy liquor and bakery items. Both of those are available here. Large showroom with various products. If someone needs to get a large range of goods for their house. You can choose all of your products here. Good assistance.

Still manages to keep up to its pledge to offer a wide range of household and grocery items, despite all the hiccups in external uncertainities and crazy high prices. Has some interesting and unique food promotions once in a while, perhaps shpuld be made regular to boost the local produce. I am referring to a range of food that were made out of jack fruit flour which was held some months ago, some of which tasted quite nice ❤️

Arpico Suoer Centre for all types of shopping under one roof. One stop shop. Specialist in hone accessories like beds, chairs, kitchenware that covers all sorts of cutlery, crockery and cookery. They got kiddies section full of toys for all ages. Carpets to bed linen. Vegetables and meat products, spices, staple food. Rations and so on.

Be careful when you are buying discounted items. Sometimes when you are billing the items the discount may vary. In my case, cashier girls and managers were not responding to the inquiry. They were busy. They were not aware of the promotions. Specially FB promotions. They only know how to billing.

Extremely poor customer service. When I entered the Arpico Supercentre earlier today I gave my bag to the counter where they keep customer bags. Then I waited to receive a token, but the person who keeps bags didn't responded. After returning with the groceries to get my bag he scolded me harshly and asked for a token even though he didn't offer one in the first place.

Food your day today needs. Large parking space available. They have rubber, plastic and wood products. Friendly service.

More parking space available with ATM, Roots juice, Grocery , meat, liquor, bakery, plastic , regiform products ( cool box and sheets ) , furniture, party decorations, stationery, Toys, ornaments, and electronics items available. Dine in bakery shop in there. Service is not happy. But have variety of items to select. More selection available.

Super Market also offering a range of Furniture. Specially solid wooden designs. modern furniture. Appears to be a demand for furnitutre as some designs are out of stock. Parking & Delivery is available.
