I will give 4 stars for Arpico Supercenter Homagama. Friendly and good service provided by them. Can buy any household item and food from Arpico. But the prices were bit high when compared with other shops. Ample parking area available.

First , they have a good parking area. That's main thing i see in homagama arpico super center. There is everything . Furniture, Groceries, Beverages, And everykind of householding accosseries. Good customer service. They have a good collection of teddy bears and greeting cards for average price. But i must say, there ornaments are nt worth at all. Bcs they god very expensive price tags to even a tny luttle jeytag size ornament.

Largest supermarket in Homagama town. They have all kinds of stuff here from food to furniture. You can literally find anything here; even pillows, ornaments, toys, kitchen items etc. One of the best Supermarket. All home needs under one roof. There is a pharmacy and Bakery inside too. Raw meat and fish also available. In upstairs they have all kinds of furniture including beds, sofas, tables etc. Prices of the vegetables and meat are slightly higher than local market. Large parking are located within city limit.

One of the busy outlets. Ample parking is available with wheel chair access. Entrance is also wheel chair accessible. Main departments are fresh produce, dry goods, meat and seafood, stationary, health and beauty, deli and bread, frozen food and liquor store. There's a separate department for household plastic-ware. Unfortunately Air conditioning system was off or wasn't working during last couple of visits. Last visited on 11 Nov 2022

I'm a keells customer and i come here if i need plastic items only. Your concepts is so wrong, no price tags are on the racks, discounted banners everywhere even under the wrong products. those who manage this place please go and see how keells doing it. even its so dull and less light inside during evening - night time. This is why i spend 50k per month on keels and passing all your outlets to reach keells. That 1.5 km extra distance because quality over quantity.

Most of the grocery items and standards Arpico supermarket chain items are available. But some were not (eg: kids pasta, almond milk , .. ) Bakery is there and they serve freshly baked fast food. Cakes are available. Bakery closes around 4 pm. So if you want any wording on cakes, go before that time.

Great place to buy fantastic furniture. Staff is very polite and customer oriented. Secondly name it all food items, vegetables and fruits are here. Ample parking is available.

Good step to start selling Liquor because we had to travel miles to buy a bottle. Bread also very good. Most of things can buy under one roof. Staff is helpfull and good parking facility too.

Cannot rate any thing from here.You get non smiling arrogant security officers at the door non caring assistants and time wasting cashiers asking for more and more change.They even address the customers just by judging at their attire.This place needs a whole lot of new management.

They maintain their standards to average, needs more attention in their electronic and house hold item area as the showcase items are dusty and not very customer attractive. The liquor store is win! 😉

Its service is worst in the town. No enough staff available and long queues. Most of the counter transactions authorized by supervisors and its very time consuming. Even some arpico products are not available. Hope they have more focus on liquor business rather than groceries. Not recommended

Have to appreciate the supervisors/ sales managers at Homagama branch whom I believed the names are Ms. Amali and Ms. Tekla. There was a system error with a certian credit card offer on 24th of December and it was not possible to avail the offer. However both of them tried their level best and even beyond to somehow make the offer available for us and the rest of the customers affected. It was nice of them to offer a place for us to stay while it was sorted out. Although it was no human error but a system error they handled the customers and delay to the best of their ability.

Less selections and prices not mentioned. Had to ask the item price from the staff. And the staff is not friendly. They don't care if the customer would buy or not.

Worst company to buy furniture from. Bought a sofa and coffee table from arpico homagama. First they delivered a severely damaged sofa and a wrong coffee table, charged the full amount of money with the promise to exchange them with the proper items. Exchanged the sofa months later with another sofa which is not perfectly made and promised to exchange the coffee table later as their factory was closed. Since there was no response for about 2 months we went to the showroom to inquire about it. Then they told us that they don't manufacture the coffee table we ordered anymore and that the employee who was involved in the transaction doesn't work there anymore.

Generally an average amount of goods available but less than par in the technology section of the store, just some irons, microwaves, electric cooktops etc. No variety of electric equipments despite store size. However a fairly sized furniture section that takes up 90% of the top floor. Bakery is not too bad with selections and they also have vegetable soup (it has no flavour cubes I believe, so natural taste) Pharmacy is also available. Staff members are great and helpful!
