Nice parking area.Nice environment.From overall status ok.

Fresh produce is great and there are many other services the bakery provides good service however there are some more items needed in this store .But the parking is absolutely great.The staff is quick but not enthusiastic.

New keels opened this month. JULY2016.. has bakery too. Fresh vegies.. customer service is super and polite. Has more parking too.

We ordered 4 peaces fried chicken and 1 fish fried rice from keels homagama at the first time (via pick me) . their crispy chicken bucket is tasteless they fried old chicken two three times per day its seems and no flavours at all.. Fish fried rice taste like eating steamed rice. Don't try their buckets anymore. Worst crispy chicken and fish fried rice ever in my life.

Good range of products were available. Atmosphere and the layout of the store were great and attractive. Customer service experienced was also satisfactory. Access and parking were convenient. Recommended.

Some quality of other Keells supermarkets and mostly less crowded. Highly recommended

Worst food I ever had. Waste of money. If you can't provide quality, decent food and value for money please let the customer know, rather than wasting people's money and time. People would appreciate your honesty. We wouldn't even give an animal such bad food. Extremely disappointed.

All items are there as usual Keels Supermarkets. Backery is there but not meals. Large parking space and ease access from 138 bus route. Not much crowded. Online orders are acceptable.

Bought a papaya for about 600 lkr recently only to find out to be rotten inside. Disgusting. I don’t know about other groceries but I can surely say that fruits are not up to the standard of a super market.

I have met an accident in their car park and the driver ran off. Keells didn't corporate well to recognize the driver.

No cctv operates in-front of Keells In the emergency situation no anyone (Keells staff) helps. We are highly disappointed of their service And we are not the customer of Keells furthermore

If u go in certain hours recently.. There s a staff shortage.. (they go eat all at once for some reason ).. And u have to roam around find staff to get/measure items from meat/pastry and vegetables.

I bought mango 28 rupees 100g, this mango has somthing bitter taste. After i eat ihave gastronomy trouble. I think there is used some chemical for this mangoes. Evan it is no any taste this mango. Keels must concern before purchased thos thing.

You can buy household items & Hotfood & Bakery items also. Even good with additional orders, Home deliveries & office orders too.

The cashier asked for the nexus number and my husband gave his phone number. However, that nexus number has not worked due to the change of mobile number via the keels website. However the cashier didn’t inform us about that and he had billed all the items worth more than LKR 13,000/- without the applicable nexus discounts and made us swipe my debit card too. Once we got the bill only we noted that there are no discounts applied. When we inquired the same he just smiled and stayed without even acknowledging or apologizing or trying to rectify the issue. Moreover at the beginning itself he should have informed us that my husband’s nexus number didn’t work. If he had informed, we would have given my nexus number to apply. My point is not the amount of discounts, it’s about poor customer service.

Ordered මංඤොක්ක Cassava (Maniyok) from Keells Homagama online and they had fungus. Informed via feedback form, but no refund or anything. Please thoroughly check your goods before confirming the order.

Worst service by the female cashier/ service person at the fastfood counter. Self service but for no boxes for food stuff like donuts. Not paying attention at all to the customers who come to the counter. Better fire the staff and make it a fully self-service counter.😆
