Nicely built new Arpico supermarket is very convenient. It is clean and the staff very helpful. Pretty much everything you need is there. Ample parking space which is very important

Super Center recently opened, when you can find groceries, electronics and many more under one roof. Groceries arranged nicely where you can find whatever you need so easily. Fresh vegetables, fruits and meat, fish etc.. Friendly and helpful staff. They got a huge car park, you can easily find a parking lot at anytime of the day.

Not many people visit the store due to heavy competition from much larger stores. But you do get essentials. Was hunting for Thai basil leaves. None of the others had, only aprico had.

Everything is fine, but Im not like to staff behaviour, cashier rude to customer if they dont like to give there contact and registration his loyalty program. Worst customer service ever. The person at the counter couldn't change my cash and through away the stuff I purchased to show his anger. I came to the ship after a long time especially after recovering from a surgery. Will never shop again at any Arpico outlets.

We went to your Attidiya outlet recently (two/ three weeks back).. actually it was the worst shopping experience ever.. it’s more like a ඉරිදා පොල than a super market.. also the music.. it’s disgusting.. playing Sinhala songs are ok.. but I was wondering if we entered to an Arpico or a Matara- Colombo bus, I’m pretty sure it’s a cheap musical show they have put.. because, someone shouted ‘කට්ටියම දෙන්න හොද හුවක්’.. I won’t be surprised if the staff gave a ලොකු හුවක් as they had that kinda behavior (not professional).. didn’t want to complain the manager/supervisor because it’s their responsibility to maintain the standards.. whoever who are reading this might be wondering why I didn’t come out.. yes I badly wanted to do it but unfortunately I had a gift voucher to redeem & didn’t have much time to go to another place.. utterly disappointed

Even during the weekend there were a significant amount of rotten vegetables and expired sweet corn on the shelves. We could see that the raw fish is very old, they are bloodless. We had a very bad experience with eating this fish cooked. We did the mistake of not checking the seal of ice cream tubs and ended up buying a very much melted Imorich tub with a broken seal. This review is not based on a single visit. If these things continue, they won't be able to compete with the other nearby supermarkets.

I had a bit of a situation with a piece of furniture that I had to return as there was a height issue (it was my mistake). An employee from furniture section called Sameera helped me out very patiently adjusting the bill against the groceries I bought from downstairs supermarket. I felt very bad because Sameera ordered that piece from another store for me. He was very professional about the entire matter. He is an asset to Arpico

You name it. They have it. It's that kind of a supermarket. Always well stocked. The staff is also very courteous.
