First off, I'm a guy accompanying my wife, hence the reason why I was in this establishment. The good news is, they now have a stool and some new space to sit in peace while the wifey shops. The bad is, the designs in the shop are really "good" and "effective". I know the sentence seems to be oxymoronic, but alas, as a not-so-newly-married couple, the shopping from this establishment nowadays, serves the existential requirements predominantly....

They got a good collection of quality under garments produced in their own factories. Their facotiries do items for well known lingerie brnads. The prices are comparable lower than the biggest lingerie brands of the country. Friendly service.

Gali's is one of the best places to buy women's lingerie in Sri Lanka.I love their collections and the quality of the products. Most importantly their prices are affordable comparing to other lingerie stores in Colombo. The staff is super helpful and friendly too. Definitely one of my favourite shopping places 🛍

I shouldn't be doing this review lol. :P but anyway galis is one of the best places for ladies to buy clothing. They offer very affordable rates and do have a lot of varieties to choose. Cons are there is no place to rest for men while their loved ones are shopping for long hours. :p and parking is an issue in battaramulla branch.

I’m regular customer of galis since 2018 and mostly going to NUEGODA BRANCH!!!when it comes to last 6 months unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. The quality of the clothing was very low, and I found that many of the items were poorly made. Can’t use their lingeries at least more than 4-5 month,all are damaged after few used time.Additionally, the customer service was lacking the staff seemed disinterested in helping me when I tried to contact their management to informed my bad experience and wanted to claim this, but they scolded me in a bad way which I can’t type what are they! After that I tried to contact their online WhatsApp they also didn’t respond me for my complain that is how they are showed up their unprofessional level !!!Overall, I would not recommend this brand cause it’s just wasting your hard earned money!However, I do think that there are some things that could be done to improve. For example, the shop could focus on sourcing higherquality materials, or offering more personalized customer service.i will share the pictures of my bad experience and wasted of money for your consideration.
