So I just wasted $35 all of this went straight to the trash and lesson learned NEVER EAT FROM HERE AGAIN! unless you want left over food from the night before. This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had living in Homestead.

Not once but twice I've gone to Sonic and had a really bad experience. The first time I went to the drive-thru and had to wait over an hour after already ordering my food my order was very simple it was just a Sonic burger and a drink with fries. Somehow they lost my order in the kitchen didn't realize they lost it and it manager spoke to me and apologized. I waited another 10 minutes for my food because they did give me my drink. The second time we pulled into their Drive-In. My friend and I made our orders and they were taken over an hour later nobody came to speak to us or even take our money for the order we made. I saw other people get their orders that arrived after us. I also saw an attendant come up to our car asking if we ordered a kids meal which we didn't. Now the drive in stalls should be numbered. There's also a walk-up window where you can order and a drive-thru window you can order. For whatever reason it seems like Sonic doesn't know where their orders are being taken. So after over an hour of waiting I pulled into the drive-thru. It took us another 30 minutes at the drive-thru before we could even talk to anyone. we told them through the intercom that we had already made our order and we've been waiting for over an hour. They asked what our order was and we repeated it back. They told us that they had our order to just pull up. We pulled up they asked for what our order was again and then another 10 to 15 minutes went by before they actually gave us our food. We went home and when I took a sip of my strawberry limeade it was not mixed. Taking a sip of pure sour that was at the bottom of my drink literally made me tear up because of how much concentrated sour stuff was at the bottom. Typically one of the only reasons I go to Sonic versus any other fast food restaurant is to get limeade slushes or lemonade slushes. So for them to have ruined my drink on top of making me wait for an hour more than twice I don't think I will be going back to Sonic again. I kid you not with how strong whatever they put at the bottom of the drink that they didn't mix was literally made me be in tears. I gagged really hard from it. And I'm the type of person who will gladly open up a lemon and eat it like an orange. And I'll have no problem eating raw lemons but this stuff was beyond sour. Then I went to my sandwich which looked like it was mashed together and sitting around for a while and I kid you not there was like 12 pickles on it. I took them out of their pile and counted them the tomatoes that were on my sandwich looked really bad too. The tater tots we got were not fresh. My friend's chili dog however was okay. The sandwich tasted okay except my buns were soggy and what as if somebody dropped them in water first.

I love the milkshakes (strawberry & oreo) my favorite is the strawberry cheesecake milkshake, they need to bring it back. Also, I love the chicken tender sandwiches & the fries are pretty good as well. I love sonic This time we came, we end up waiting a long time for our ood, because we weren't done ordering when the person got off the speaker, so we had to continue ordering at window then they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich so we had to wait for that, but I wasn't upset because this was the 1st time it happened.

Placed a doordash order and received a different order. When i called Vincent was rude and kept hanging up the phone. Then some fake manager said she was the manager. After speaking to corporate, found out this store has the worst ratings couldn’t post review without putting a star. They should have starless reviews

Fun fast food joint. I went here for the first time today. I haven’t been to a Sonic in Florida. I’ve visited them in other states. We live about a 25 minute drive from here. We decided to have a special date and drive down. My daughter wanted to eat the food at home so we went through the drive through. I’m not a big fast food person. I had looked at the menu online and saw a grilled chicken sandwich and figured I’d order that with a lettuce bun. However upon arrival I realized this was not on their menu. I got a crispy chicken sandwich instead and a medium side of tater tots. My daughter got the #3- a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry limeade. Altogether our bill was $21.50. Like I said, I don’t eat fast food, so I can’t compare the food to any other fast food place. However, what I did eat was good. It was tasty. Not too greasy. Still warm by the time we got home, and it was reasonably priced. I was actually still a little hungry after eating my chicken sandwich and tater tots. But this isn’t something you should be eating in large quantities. My daughter, surprisingly, finished her huge double bacon cheeseburger! She didn’t eat the fries because they were a little cold. She liked the strawberry limeade, but said it had chunks of strawberries in it and they were getting caught in the straw so it was hard to drink. The staff was very friendly, hard working, efficient and professional. I would definitely go back again if my daughter wanted to go again. For a fast food restaurant, this place accomplishes its purpose. Fast, tasty, cheap food. I like that they also have “fun” menu items like slushies with Nerds in them. Next time I visit I’d like to order from a car hop and eat there.

I wish they would bring back the skates. Snowflakes get hurt and what to sue the company.... Under The new management I've noticed that the food is much better. They try to also come out to the line if there's a little bit of a delay. And will serve the second third or fourth car in line depending on what they ordered. If it's ready before the person at the windows order is ready. The food comes out hot and the staff seems more competent than before. I know they have raising kane's right next door but that chain fell off when they started giving people chicken nuggets instead of chicken tenders. The only place in the area that has real dairy ice cream from a fast food joint. I've been there several times recently and I haven't been disappointed yet. Good job on the rebrand and the new management.

I pulled up to a stall and pressed the red button. After 5 minutes of waiting, someone came on the intercom and simply said, "it's raining, can you go to another stall?" The intercom was immediately cut off, so I couldn't respond. I drove over to another stall that was closer to the main building. I pressed the red button and again waited, about 3 minutes. A male voice came on briefly to tell me to wait a moment. I waited an additional 2-3 minutes and then the male asked me what I wanted to order. I ordered a #7, but there was no response. A few seconds later, a female voice came on and asked, "how may I help you?" I again ordered a #7, but there was no response and yet another person came on and again asked me what I wanted. At this point, I left. Very bad experience. I reported this to Sonic on their website and was offered a Route 44 drink with my next order, if I have an account with them and the Sonic app. I highly discourage going to this location, since I don't get the vibe that there will be consequential change.

I’ve been obsessed with this place recently. The food here is pretty good and so are the drinks. I love getting the blue raspberry slushee. Although a lot of the times their slushee machine isn’t working ): but other then that this place is great. Sometimes the wait times can be long but the food always tastes good.

Yesterday was my families 1st time trying Sonics, and it was a great experience. The person taking orders was very nice and patient, and the person bringing the food was also. She even brought extra spoons and napkins the 1st time around *without being asked :) Everything was on point. Just want to thank you all for a great experience.

Please do not order here! They discriminated my wife and I because we had our 4 little kids with a large order. After I told them we had a large order they told us, they could not serve us. The time was 9:30PM and they are supposed to be open until 2AM. I am going to speak with legal counsel in hopes to bring a better customer service to Homestead! We don’t need people that discriminates due to the size of their order here in Homestead.

I'm not sure why they would serve this as "food" this is very disappointing

Attempted to order food today but ended up being ignored twice. We tried another stall to ensure the system was working and no repose either time we hit the red button on two different stalls. Not only that but the amount of cars that left with similar story is alarming.

It's sad because even they first opened up the experience was amazing. That being said it's years later and the food here terrible. I've given the benefit of the doubt but the fact that time after time after time they can't get it right. From experiencing an associate cursing out a manager and the team laughing in front of me in the drive-thru to myself placing an order and them giving me the order however they want. Staff is incompetent and it starts from the top down. I don't know if this is a corporation or standard business independently owned but either or whoever invests in this business needs to take a good look into the staff they hire and that is starting with management.

First time ever to a Sonic and it was an absolutely great experience. I want to thank Robert for his great service and for being extremely polite and for taking his time to go over menu with a great attitude. The food was great and the portions were full filling. Robert and team, Thanks You, May God Bless All and we will definitely be back again to see you.

I'm being generous with the 2 stars. The Milkshakes are always delicious but the food is another story. We are a family of 6. I know when food is fresh and when food has been sitting and old. I always tell them I don't mind waiting for fresh food and they've repeatedly given us old food. I spend a lot for a family of six. This was my last visit for food. I'll stick to the milkshakes.

Love this Sonic & it’s staff. Pull up order and get it brought out to ur car, or eat under their little gazebo thing, or grab a bite for the road/home out their drive through. They have the best slushies/shakes but..THE FRIED PICKLE FRIES GOT ME INNNNA CHOKE HOLD RN! 🍟 🥒. S/o to the young girls that work there, they always give my daughter extra nerds in her slush or extra mints in our bag. 💕🤞🏼

They have plenty of different kinds of ice cream for the kids, and also different flavor ice flavored drinks.

I visit here regularly because the staff is always friendly and energetic and the food is always fresh-tasting. They have excellent customer service and do a great job at filling the bags for the ice they sell.

this place has gone down hill. the dining area is absolutely filthy. the kiosk was nasty. there was a layer of dirt and dust on it like it had not been cleaned in weeks. out in the dining area, painted areas are dirty, theres trash around, the tables have accumulated dirt and grease. its just all around filthy. if that's what the dining area is like, imagine the kitchen? heck no. bye sonic. you get no more of my money.

Love the corn dogs, onion rings tasted Fantastic! & tater tots nice and crispy. Staff friendly & knows the menu offerings! Hadn't been in aera here in years but now will be back soon.

We ordered 5 ice creams and it took literally 30 mins to get to us. It said someone was on the way but 10 minutes later it didn’t come. We pushed the button to ask and they said they were short staffed and were making it. 20 minutes later they finally came out. Our ice cream was melting down the cones. There were only 7 cars at the sonic too because we came at about 9 pm. I’m not sure what was going on but it is something I’ve never experienced at a Sonic.

My wife's first time having Sonic breakfast. She ❤️ it. Employees were cool and food is ready fast.

I have to leave a review I came to this place today at around 2:00pm and the line was a decent amount of cars they came and grabbed my card and kept it for the longest and someone tried to purchase something off it that fast for $200 I instantly got an alert and declined the transaction. I will be taking this to corporate and I hope the person who did this is caught. So please only bring cash to this place because someone will try to steal your identity.

Most disrespectful crew I’ve come across. We ended up sitting down at sonic after eating canes for dessert. Manager and associates came out and told us we “couldn’t eat here”. We all questioned why and then they proceeded to say we couldn’t stay there if we weren’t going to order when we were going to in the first place. They told us we were loitering and to leave. After we did so, we realized that the staff just uses the tables we sat at for a chill hang out spot. Super nonprofessional and annoying.

Service was terrible. If you don’t go thru the drive thru, they take 30+ minutes to serve you. Group of people came after us and they got they’re food before us meanwhile our order was never taken. Then the “manager” comes out aggressively telling us to leave that he’s not going to take our order because we were insulting his employees which never happened. We were just bother that people that can after us can get the food before us and at least take our order. Also place had a string odor of weed. If you have kids don’t not come. Very unprofessional
