Man this is one of the best Popeyes I've been to. It was all women working when my girlfriend and I walked in we were greeted with smiles and awesome service. Food was fresh hot got home and enjoyed it. Thank you ladies keep up the great work!

Really awesome Popeyes restaurant! The service was fast and the food was delicious! With limited restrictions due to the pandemic we were still able to eat inside of the restaurant as they had every other table available to sit down. The restaurant was clean and a worker and immediately wiped down our table after we got up to leave. If you love good chicken, good service and you are in the area, stop by! 😊👍

No spoons no forks not even a butter knife. I went so far as to ask her to throw in an extra plastic lid so I could make my own and the lady was very rude. I ordered an 18.99 eight piece and I received six biscuits that no complaint but the chicken was a six piece and very small. Oh, the orixe somehow charged to my card was 36.58. normally I like Popeyes just this one needs supervision.

This was pretty good. I ordered online and picked it up in the drive thru AND because it was my first time ordering online, as long as I ordered over $10, I got a choice of a full size sandwich, tenders, and 1 other item. Workers were pleasant, I was only person in line and it's right down the street. Definitely will order again. Spicy Chkn was awesome, mashed potatoes and macaroni...it was all tasty.

I tried ordering and as I was deciding on what I am going to order, the lady rushed me and told me “can I hurry up damn” and it haven’t even been 2 mins since I arrived. I felt unwelcome and it was very unprofessional. This happen on 09/14 10:43pm. I will never come back again. This is ghetto. And she will yell at you if you don’t have your card out right away

Long waiting time for incomplete and cold food. My order was completely incorrect.

This person who is a manager does not do his job correctly... She talks on the phone and does not answer you. and also gave the incomplete order. Many things were missing TERRIBLE service and customer service

This Popeyes has the worst customer service ever!! I don’t think I’ve come here before and had good customer service. The guy taking our order complaining the whole time about “taking too much orders” and “why are people coming here” the wait for the food was even worse it took half an hour for two chicken sandwiches and mac n cheese. I waited at a table while my boyfriend stayed by the register for our food. Once the order was done the guy didn’t want to give him our food even though he had a receipt. The two stars was just for the food being okay.

Dear Popeye's, covid is over. Can we stop using it as an excuse to get rid of things we like? No more rice and beans? No more Mountain Dew? Last week I was in your drive thru and I overheard 3 customers get told you no longer carry rice and beans, we were number 4 to add to that list. What gives?

Best Fast Food Fried Chicken!!!

Food was okay but the drive through lady was as nasty as can be. Please don't ask for condomints or napkins. It ruins her whole day. She will literally slam it in your hand almost breaking your wrist. Roll her eyes and be so if you want just chicken and a biscuit right place to go. Use your shirt for a napkin and everyone will have an amazing day

Went through drive thru and ordered a Shrimp tackle box. Based on what I saw on the menu board, it said it came with a drink but when I mentioned the drink to the person taking the order she seemed confused. The person asked me if I wanted the dinner instead so I asked her if it came with a drink and she said no. I replied to her saying that's not what I'm reading on the board and from that moment on I didn't like the service from this location. They should update the order board to reflect accordingly.

Personal, had more interest in socializing with each other. Ordered spicy tenders at 246pm, they said 5 minutes to be ready, 3pm went up to check on order still never put order in was told she will tell me when done and finally received the order 25 min later on July 30 to find out they were mild tenders. They had to start again. 11 min later received second order of 11 tenders of which they were the same as origamny given to us with sprinkled spices on top. Returned the chicken for a full refund . We eat at popeyes alot but this homestead flirida location has terrible management that does not care at all. I even got attitude when I asked for refund. I told the woman I do not need any atritude.

This establishment must have the dumbest employees! I paid for 2 breast, only to receive thighs. When I attempted to bring back my order, they were soo rude and inconsiderate 😒. Whoever owns this franchise needs to seriously consider a total employee overhaul.

They don't devein their shrimp, it's disgusting. Will not order them again. But the chicken here is freaking amazing, that's for sure. I wanna give more stars but the shrimp experience left me feeling so grossed out. Who doesn't devein their shrimps??? Ugh

Perhaps it was the day. But the drive thru attendant seem3d like he was not having a good day. No greeting minimal eye contact when paying. Very dry of course I'm not expecting a whole conversation but atleast act like you at work.

Food was good as usual. Has to wait for 10 minutes to be waited on. All but 3 tables were dirty. Just poor attitudes all-around.

Just wondering if they close at 11pm, why aren’t they ever open at 10:15pm. One time it was 10pm and they were closed. It’s not professional, and it’s inconvenient, also inconsiderate depending on how far people are driving. Not enough ppl call corporate and that’s why they get away with these actions. I will be calling. ITS NOT FAIR‼️

The drive-thru is backed up sometimes so i usually just park and go in and get through with my order even faster since there's hardly anyone in there but their fried Chicken is worth the wait anyday! I love getting the $20 dollar fill-up which is about 8 with 4 biscuits and 2 sides. The macaroni & cheese and the wedges goes good with it. This way you have some of everything on your plate.

This place SUCKS! They’re lucky that popeyes in general has great food because there is no way they would’ve survived without it. Serving size small, food sometimes cold, orders are ALWAYS wrong, and customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Can’t pick up mobile orders through drive thru and girls in the front always have an attitude. If you wanna eat here prepare to literally fight with them just for a freaking ranch, the manager told us that we were “inconsiderate” because we ordered regular chicken and sauce is only for chicken nugget orders. Girl what?!?!? We ended up with ketchup….. as a condiment for bone in chicken. I hope the owner of this store starts to be mindful of the people they are putting in charge. Don’t let these employees who could care less ruin your reputation.

Foods decent. But if you want to wait 20+ min in the drive thru with no one in front of you for a sandwhich and tenders then be my guest. I won't be coming back.

MY FIRST TIME ORDERING THE STRAWBERRY BISCUIT AND THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED

I almost never go to Popeyes and today I gave it a chance. To start off, the drive thru speaker wasn’t working but, things happen and I understand. I get to the window to order and I’m told to wait. Strike 2! I finally get my food after wasting half an hour of my life, only to get the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know why they were ever compared to chic fil a it’s horrible. More breading than actual chicken. It tasted old, stale, and if it was cooked in pig grease but WAIT THERES MOREEEE! The popcorn shrimp tasted horrible as well. I’m gonna assume it was cooked in the same grease. Even with Buffalo sauce I couldn’t finish. The best part of my meal was the soda. $17+ and half my lunch time waiting was NOT WORTH IT.

There's allot of hype regarding Popeye's Chicken.. I have to agree, for this meal I ordered a 5 piece , with 2 sides and biscuits, enough for 2 days...the chicken was super crispy and juicy, I didn't really care for the rice but the cajun mashed 🥔 was tasty. Biscuits were super soft and flaky I also tried their 🍓 biscuit too, delicious !

I walked in with multiple people waiting to be served and get their food. The workers there were doing the best they could I didn’t get anyone’s name except the cashier her name was Ashley. The biggest sweetheart. She was doing the work of 3 people all with an amazing attitude and a smile. She deserves a raise.

As I always experience with every Popeyes chicken location, missing a part of my order. Nice staff, good price but when I get home it's always missing something or not what I ordered, this order I'm out $5.99 plus tax because my sweet and spicy wings were not in my take out bag after waiting over 15 minutes for my order to be completed. I will however contact Popeyes headquarters on this one, I'm tired of taking a loss at various locations, I want my money back!!
