Their customer service is terrible! I paid $120 for my services and when I proceeded to ask her name as I was complementing the good job she did so I can book with her in the future, she walked off from me saying “no” while shaking her head all because my tip was not big enough. After I already paid $120 alone for services, basic no chip pedicure & short full set. I see why they’re constantly changing owners & losing customers. This place needs to be closed down. They don’t appreciate their customers or your business, they only care about a tip amount.

I went there to get my nails done , but the lady was very rude about getting my nails done. They treat black people like we are trash. When we are the ones who support them people. My nails look fake and when I wen back and ask her to fix her she had the audacity to ask me for another $35 I told her she is crazy. Then she wouldn’t let me speak to the owner kept saying she was the owner. She sit in the first seat with the pink thing in the chair. After I gave her $50 to do my nails and they look like something I bought out the store. I wouldn’t send a Dog there. Sorry this how I feel about their business. Treat people how you want to be treated. Then one came a couple day later.

My 12 year old daughter was given a gift certificate as a birthday gift. The gift certificate had NO expiration date however when I took her in one of women rudely told me it was too old to use and said they would not honor it. The gift certificate was only for $15 dollars you would think that their business reputation would be worth honoring a 15 dollar gift card especially since it did not have an expiration date but her attitude was very negative and nasty. I didn’t argue just said ok and left but it was probably for the best as the place looked old, a bit run down and actually not to clean. It’s was truly a bad experience and I will be sure to let all my friends and family know not to patronize this business.

I had a terrible experience with the pedicure service at this nail salon. The technician was rough and careless, causing pain and discomfort during the entire process. The nail filing was haphazard, leaving my nails with uneven lengths and sharp edges. The polish application was a disaster, with thick layers of polish that looked messy and clumpy. The overall cleanliness of the salon was also disappointing, with visible dirt and debris on the pedicure stations. I left feeling frustrated and regretful of wasting my time and money on such a poor-quality pedicure.

I went in there to get my nails done. I was a grade it they were able to understand what I was saying and what I wanted, I had no problem there. No chip polish lasted two months on my feet in a month and a half on my hands. I was happy with the service. I got 507 glitter silver polish. It was beautiful. I recommend you go here.

I was having dinner near by this salon and asked if they could give me a rushed pedicure. They said no problem. They did a beautiful job. They don’t speak much English and maybe they were even talking about this silly old lady. I don’t care. They did a nice job and treated me with respect and kindness.

Great customer service! Me and my husband came here after having a bad experience somewhere else. The place was clean, the staff was professional and nice, and they did not disappoint with the outcomes of our mani and pedi services.
