Came here a few months ago. B E A U T I F U L ! Great walk for nature lovers and plenty of open space. Great and clean lake. I only leave a star off as I haven’t been inside and I can’t judge the inside, I also noticed some long grass in areas but I am sure that is for insects/the ecosystem.

We did my mother in law's 70th birthday party here. The woman who sat at the front reception was amazing. We were playing a slideshow on repeat on the front tv and she volunteered to every 3 minutes restart it. Above and beyond. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a public shout out. There are only 3 or 4 of the that work there so it wouldn't be hard to single out who did it. On top of that, she does all the parties in the evening and they go until 1am. Above and beyond. Thank you!

This venue could not be more perfect for our wedding! The open outdoor space and deck allowed for everyone to comfortably spread out and socially distance, or they had the option to go inside if it was too warm outside. The large glass windows in the reception room allowed for abundant natural light and a beautiful sight of the lake.

The staff of great, bathrooms are kept clean. I was there for a repast for a church member. The the accommodations were great there the room was set up the way she wanted it. The catering company that was their food was delicious you needed not to add any type of seasoning I don't know what the name of the catering service was but it was great also.

This is a very beautiful place for an event Its my 2nd time both were baby showers. The 1st time was about 7 years ago The building was brand new. The 2nd time was this year 2023 I was very surprised to see the build was still beautiful inside and out. both times were very comfortable and We had so much fun. This is a very organized, and well managed event spot. Go Homewood park district well done Keep up the good work.

I have attended several events here. It's a beautiful place for a romantic wedding especially with the awning facing the lake a d then you can go inside if you choose for the reception. The pictures would be absolutely beautiful! Very friendly staff but they enforce the rules.

My boyfriend took us there for Valentine’s Day! It was nice and quiet! Especially watching the sunset before it turns to night time! It was a beautiful moment to see!

Too much geese poop lake looks nice but could use a clean up Wish they had a path all the way around the lake instead of having to walk in the street.

They would get a higher grade if they would stock the fish and maintain the pond by cleaning out the weeds. Everything else is maintained.

This was a wonderful place for the wedding reception. The grounds are beautiful and it was nice to have access to the deck.

Very pretty scenery but it also could use a clean up from the bird poop. Also, there should be a way for people to enjoy the outside without the company of mosquitoes. If they could create an anti-bug area that would be great. But all in all it is very beautiful, family oriented, picnic tables, and also romantic.

Booking an event here for Feb 7th. Beautiful, flexible venue at reasonable rental prices. Ideal location. Friendly booking staff.

We had my brothers wedding here. It was simply beautiful. Spacious with fantastic amenities and a lovely view. Excellent venue.

It's beautiful here. I really like the new seating areas and the butterfly garden. There do tend to be a lot of geese though. Sometimes you can even spot herons. It's a great place for a walk or to hang out with friends or by yourself.

The staff is very insensitive and not accommodating. I will not recommend or host anything at The Clubhouse again. I will spend my money where I can get consideration and great service. They have too many restrictions for no reason. Also, who wants staff to keep walking through and policing your event? I should’ve followed my first mind and gone downtown Chicago for a more upscale venue with less restrictions and better service.
