I
moved
to
Homewood
in
May
2022.
I've
gone
here
faithfully.
I
normally
like
the
food
and
the
service,
but
the
last
two
times
I
ordered
beef
sandwich,
it
was
dipped,
even
though
I
specified
I
wanted
it
dry.
Two
weeks
ago,
it
happened
again.
I
called
immediately
to
complain
as
the
sandwich
was
falling
apart.
I
asked
for
a
manager
and
a
woman
got
on.
I
explained
the
situation
(no
apology
given)
she
said
I
can
comeback
for
a
remake
or
for
a
refund.
I
said
I
did
not
have
time
because
I
grabbed
something
fast
because
I
needed
to
pick
my
nephew
up
from
Midway.
She
said,
no
problem.
Just
be
sure
to
BRING
THE
SANDWICH
BACK
WHEN
YOU
RETURN.
I'm
like
excuse
me,
I
just
told
you
I
can't
make
it
back
today,
so
you
want
me
to
hold
on
to
the
sandwich?
Yes!
She
said.
I
told
her
that
was
ridiculous
and
I
wanted
to
speak
to
someone
else.
She
put
me
on
hold
for
a
long
time
and
I
hung
up.
I
did
a
complaint
online
and
someone
emailed
me
back
and
said
they
will
contact
the
owner
to
have
them
contact
me.
Well,
that
was
2
weeks
ago.
There
are
too
many
other
places
to
go
to--I
will
not
deal
with
terrible
customer
service
and
an
owner
who
clearly
doesn't
give
a
damn
about
loyal
customers.
They
lost
me.
I
won't
be
back
and
will
tell
my
friends
and
family
to
avoid
this
place.
