Nice Hotel but don’t expect to rest!! Volume at bar is too loud! at this point is just disrespectful. Not sure if it’s karaoke or the band just sucks..

New and OK. Rooms are not comfortable but needs a couch or something to sit on other than a bed, very low water pressure, gym is not open, breakfast is not great, and internet is intermittent. However, it's clean and the help us very friendly

Place is nice, nevertheless attention is terrible. Weekends are filled with locals spreading garbage everywhere, I measured pool water composition and there was no chlorine, complained about it and took 4 hours to have the pool treated, beware this is a serious issue.

Only went to the disco, it is very nice open saturday from 9pm but empty until 10ish. 50 lempira admission for men, women get in free. They have a bar inside and seating around the dance floor, no drink minimum. Music sometimes a bit distorted but good overall, Spanish music (nothing American), lots of lights, fun

Very beautiful and helpful staff. Some of the bar and food services are not available for the pandemic, but the place more than makes up for it with the environment. The hotel is also close enough to the town center and far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

Staff was very helpful, even ordered pizza delivery for us since we aren't fluent in Spanish. Very clean and tranquil accommodations. Excellent value.

Copán Ruinas is full of varieties for visitors...and for the visitors this hotel has everything they may need...the rooms are very cozy and clean, the service is awesome (they will spoil you nicely), the breakfast in bed is magnificent, plus it has a nice bar and karaoke, please don't forget to relax at the spa and request a massage...

Perfect spot, location os good for the sites you want to get in to, close enough to the restaurants and the information for the locations you want to go too.Is definitely within reach, this place if you ask, they will answer. Loved this place.
