Aside from this, we woke up to a floor completely soaking wet with no one even attempting to mop the common area. The coffee was also absolutely terrible.

This hostal is awesome!!! The family who run's it is very passionate about their work and does everything possible to make you feel comfortable. They helped me a lot after my bag got stolen in a pizza Hut store in La ceiba. I don't thing I could have solved the problem without them. Big thank you to the hostal!!!!

Booked my shuttle from La Ceiba to Leon. Was worried about the 3-4 hour layover in La Ceiba as i was coming from Utila but the staff at the hostel made my stopover easy and comfortable. Elna at reception is very knowledgeable and walked me through everything I needed to fill out for the Nicaraguan border to make sure I have no issues, and I was able to wait in the hostel for the bus. If you're looking for a hassle-free & convinient way to travel, highly suggest booking your shuttle with this hostel!

I stayed in the hostel ( private room) for 3 nights and I had a wonderful time. Mayra and Kevin are amazing and always very helpful! The room was spacious, with air conditioning, hot water, and a huge bed! Free coffee during the day! I wake up every morning at 4, and the coffee was ready at that time as well! I will come back for sure!

Hostel is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a pack of rats in the kitchen in the evening. Also the taxi offered by the hostel did not show up! The day before we also had to wait and eventually took another taxi. This is annoying because we almost missed a bus because of this!

It is clean , dormitory has air conditioning, hot shower, friendly helpful staff. Comfortable mattresses, lockers, and nice rooftop bar. Bar has good local music , reggaeton, reggae and any other request for music. Meet other travellers coming from or going to utila island. So one can get good latest info on island or meet others going to utila to share taxi with and boat ride! I was able to park my motorcycle next to front door and lock it safely there for 3 nights.

We had a private room and got no sleep because the guys in reception were talking on speaker phone, playing games, and talking super loud until around 4 am. It was like they were in our room. We had to ask multiple times for them to please be quite. Horrible stay, do not recommend.

I didn't actually stay here but had to catch a shuttle to Nicaragua. So I can't speak for the hostel itself. There are however two tiny kittens with horribly infected eyes. When asking the staff whether they would do something about it they answered it was not a problem. However the kittens will clearly go blind, if this isn't the case yet, or die soon. If you would be staying here as animal lover please consider taking them to the vet!

Lots of cool murals, but much of the inside is in disarray with construction. Overall, good value and it worked for us to stay for one night. Was helpful that the shuttle was arranged for us to get to the ferry port.

They were all so nice!! After a long day my friend I were very tired and we stayed in the dorm which was very quiet and cool. A nice place to stop by while waiting for ferry time :-)

Even though La Ceiba is considered more of a transport hub than a destination in itself, the hostel offers a comfortable way of spending a couple of nights in the city. The dorm room had (much needed) A/C and a television, which was a nice addition. They offer free coffee and cookies, so my breakfast was sorted :) Tiffany and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well equiped and clean. Would recommend staying here if you're looking for a simple but affordable accomodation.
