One of the best hotels in Tegus by far. The service is amazing. The rooms are excellent and the cleaning staff makes sure everything is clean. Security is top-notch. You have to have a key card to even get and use the elevator or the stairs. They have many restaurants and stores inside so you would not even have to leave the hotel. It is located close to three malls which are somewhat in walking distance and Chili's is right next door as well as Burger King. The only downside to me is the pool area. They allow people to come in and it normally is packed.

In general the hotel is good. The hotel includes one restaurant, two bars and one coffee shop. One of the bars has good music. The rooms are big and the persons in the front desk are really kind and helpful. The "buts" because I give them 4 stars is because the hotel is quite old, I had problems getting shower in the morning since the hot water was not working very good. The restaurant takes between 40 and 50 mins to prepare the dishes and the location of the hotel does not have too much options to walk around and the closest restaurants are quite far. The gym is really old and wasn't working very well. This could be a very good improvement from the hotel.

I've stayed here 9 times and every time it has been a great experience. Fantastic amenities and great staff.

Someone outside has been blasting music since 5:30am! This is unacceptable. To top it off the music stopped playing last night at 12am. If you'd like to have a combination of a nice hotel with music at these type of hrs be my guest. I've stayed at this hotel several times and I've never had an issue before.

Sunday all you can eat and drink buffet for L500 is awesome! Rooms are great, little outdated in style but not in commodities. Service is a little lacking at tines, might need more helpers and improve front fesk communication. There is additional bar for nightlife junkies that holds beer from all over the world.

My job booked this hotel for me. It was great. I don't know about having to pay for the pool as I never used it. The breakfast was yummy. The one dinner I got there (beer garden) was not good at all. For my other nights, I used a meal delivery service. Also, one elevator was broken 80% of the time, so that was inconvenient. The beds are super comfy and the AC actually cools (important for me)

Good place , I didn't stay here but friends and colleagues that stayed here doesn't have any issue. They like to come back. Foods is ok, ambience is good, price is ok and location is great.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable, staff is kind and attentive. The daily breakfast is delicious and has a large array of options.

Located in a decent and accessible area. Plenty to do in the local area. Night life is extremely popular on the weekends at the pool/bar area. Tons of event space. The food was very good at all hours of the day whether you utilize the buffet or restaurant style dining.

I was not told there was a Reggeaeton concert at the hotel under my window. Could not sleep all night. Worse hotel stay ever.

I would totally recommend Beer Garden in the hotel, the music was really good, as well as the food and drinks. There is an underground area to have shots and dance, they are also pretty great! You have to pay L. 150 ($6) to get in. It can be payed with cash or with credit or debit card. The hotel is clean and the service was good.

My husband, my brother and I had just returned from a bus journey from El Salvador. Drop off is at the Clarion Hotel and we decided to have dinner in the restaurant Cuatro Estaciones. However there was a bouncer and security lady that wouldn't allow us to go in with our carry-on bags unless we were guests of the hotel and even at one point wanted to search our backpacks. Therefore, sadly, we were denied entry. I truly do not understand this policy as hotel restaurants are open to the public; we were neatly dressed and being a hotel, for sure more than once has someone entered with a carry-on case! We feel we were treated with prejudice. Our business brings in guests for this hotel every year, however we won't be recommending it any further and will avoid this hotel in the future.

This is the worst hotel in Tegucigalpa. It is not a hotel but a cheap high price stay for the night. If you stay in this hotel be prepared to endure uncleaned towels that are grey because of the dirt. It seems that the laundry in charge do not use soap or any type of cleaner solutions. I did not get any day to have a good bath because the valves do not work to control my hot water. I got either hot or cold water but not a warm water for my bath. The valves are falling apart . I asked for the maintenance to fix them and the guy came with a screwdriver . They do not have any other tools there. Air conditioning? They have set the AC at 78 degrees to avoid paying more for electricity. I asked for a taxi to pick me up at the terminal and it didn't show up. Because I complained they wanted to overcharge me/

Still one of the top 5 hotels in town. Wonderful bar next to entrance.

I visited only a patio with drinks and food outside that is accessible to everyone not only the hotel guests. This is a fancy place with good service, food and high prices.

Just be prepared for a noisy party environment because the pool/bar area hosts parties on the weekends. Otherwise a very good experience

Came here for a late night dinner. The service and food were both great. There was a bar/club that was hopping and we were able to enjoy the music and watching people have a good time.

Great experience and great service. However no facial tissue at the room. Loud at night because music really high volume at night time.

Beds aren't comfortable, full beds, not queen. Rooms feel old, a/c runs slow, bed sheets look dirty, towels have stains. Night audit was rude, no smoking area after 2am, breakfast is good, lots of variety, watermelon juice was bad, hummus felt old, everything else was good over breakfast.
