DO NOT GO! Disclaimer: this is 100% my experience with Honeygo Psychiatry others may and hopefully had better. My initial appointment for my daughter was in the beginning of September of this year. Walking into the office was a great experience as it is a very clean and inviting space! First red flag unfortunately was the front desk staff member who was very cold and slightly rude but I gave her the benefit of doubt that maybe she was just having a bad day. Next red flag was as me and my daughter were seeing the physician the 1st thing she says and reiterates multiple times is that she DOES NOT believe in prescribing medication unnecessarily. Although she did spend a few minutes asking some base line questions and seemed quit promising in aiding with my daughter's needs we somehow left with prescriptions "just in case". Again I wrote this off to her just being diligent and would still allow this practice the chance to provide service to my child. 3rd issue comes up because my daughter's 2nd appointment had to be canceled just hours before due to an unforeseen issue the physician had. Her rescheduled appointment comes around yet again with just short notice the physician cancels on us. I asked for the head of the facility to call me and of course no one ever did. Still me being optimistic and limited to mental health facilities available I rescheduled with them and on November 14th my daughter finally gets a virtual appointment with the physician. This appointment literally lasted 3 minutes and 22 seconds and all the physician asked was how was the "just in case " medication working and if my daughter needed more. As if I wasn't already offended and frustrated enough fast-forward a few days I notice that I was charged a $15 copay for a 3 minute appointment! This practice is horrible and had no intention on actually helping my daughter but only ever planned to prescribe medication to bandaid her needs. I will not be going back and definitely do NOT recommend them!

My daughter will not be going there anymore. She is not able to take medications and that’s all they wanted to talk about was medicating her. My daughter had been diagnosed by reputable doctors and Kennedy Kreiger, and One of their psychiatrists in the same office. And this doctor didn’t believe a word that she said about her diagnosis and wanted her to be retested. She had just been retested within the past 10 years. we do not recommend this office at all.

I always feel very relaxed and comfortable with Heather Martin. She just has a certain way of making feel like everything is going to be alright. She has helped me out more than I thought was possible.

My psych dr never showed up for my video visit. No one has called me to reschedule. Nobody ever answers the phone. I am out of meds.

Dr. B, is a very amazing person and doctor. He always attentive, caring, and an all around good person that cares about me and my well being. Thank you so much for the person you are!!!!

Hi Jennifer, I read the side affects last night. I am having some of these side affects. I spoke with Sarah this morning. I told her about the side effects. Sheis going to speak with you, and get back with me. My night meds.I really would like to wean myself off of them.

It's okay. He was more attentive and caring before he started his own practice(s). When he was working under/at the hospital in Havre De Grace in my opinion he cared more. He was very thorough then, I wasn't rushed out the office or on the phone. Even when he 1st started his practice in Bel Air it was nice until the pandemic hit. Once the pandemic happened everything changed and I don't think for the better. Now, it seems more rushed, more financially driven and less focused on the patient/clients. All of the therapist were also let go when the pandemic hit, at a time when people needed them the most! I am only writing a review because I keep recieveing text messages after EVERY call/visit to write a review. I stay at this office because it is just easier then starting all over AGAIN. I have been with him since 2013 and I do not wish to establish a new doctor relationship at this time. I am already suffering and dealing with alot, switching in the middle if my issues is not an option right now Don't take my word, give them a chance and see. You may find that your experience is totally different from mine. After looking at the other reviews I do not see anything in dept I just see the pushing of stars all around the same time period ( you can infer from that what you like). I only have been seen in the bel air location but for some reason it is posting it to the honeygo location.

I really like Jennifer. She is a caring person. I feel good telling her any issue
