Being new to the area I thought I try a new pizza spot, the regular place was closed sundays…I was extremely disappointed when I ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up and was presented with 2 personal pan pizzas between paper plates. When I asked the young lady at the register if these were the large she then informed me they only have one size. That is an important detail when someone is ordering 2 large pizzas.it certainly cost the same as 2 large pizzas from any other spot and I’ll never return. DeNiro’s pizza is across the street and their pizza is amazing

I am not sure why “Pizza” is in this restaurant’s title but I was surely hoodwinked. $24 wasted. Firstly, the To-go packaging was criminal. For a pizza place to not have pizza boxes is unruly. THEN to just wrap pizzas and have them on paper plates is crazy to me. The pizza was still raw in the middle. I wish I could give negative stars to truly show how terrible my dining experience was.

Matthews/desantis has some of the best pizza I have ever had the sauce is tangy and the pepperoni is crispy similar to the cheese on the pizza the pizza is way smaller then most pizzas so I would recommend getting a garlic bread or a order of mozzarella sticks which where both good . Just a recommendation though because it’s taste makes up for the small size

We sat at a high top at the bar. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The salads were very fresh and the pizza had a light covering of cheese, which I'm happy about as we are trying to eat healthier, and the crust was crispy on the outside but still a thicker crust with some chew.

Famous Pizza, Great quality Food, and 4 dollar Beer on tab. A winning formula for anyone who loves to go out. This place is very busy and crowded so we weren't getting the right service and we had to demand what we wanted several times. However everyone is extremely professional and nice and in the end we really enjoyed our time there. Even something like lunchtime 10 inch pizza, cheesesteak, fries, and beer was delicious and we would definitely go back for more. I also can't wait to try their seafood. This is a local favorite that you probably didn't know about until you see it for yourself.

Very nice restaurant! Lots of Pasta dishes; great dinner salad options; hot & cold subs; and, personal size pizzas to choose from! This place is a favorite of my children, who absolutely love the BBQ Chicken pizza! We like the great selection of individually-sized pies, and for two relatively petite teenage girls, splitting one would likely work. My almost- teen son polished off just more than half a cheese pizza. Personally, I am not a big fan of the pizza crust, but the toppings are very good and make up for what's lacking in the crust. GREAT FIND: don't pass up the Mheeseburger!! It is one of the most flavorful Angus beef burgers I have had in just about any restaurant where it was not a featured item. Temperature cooked just right, well-seasoned but not overdone. The Brioche roll is somewhat slim, but with a patty every bit of an inch thick, it is perfectly sized. The fries were okay. Not great--about what one would expect by "bar food" standards.

My whole family really enjoyed the food. The shrimp scampi appetizer and the crab dip was delicious. I enjoyed the steak salad and my husband enjoyed the chicken parm entree. The kids spaghetti with meatballs was a nice size. I gave one less star for service. My family and I sat for 15 minutes with 2 waitresses walking by use without even a hello. I do not believe the hostess ever told the waitress we were her table. Once I went up to tell the hostess we haven't been waited on she told the waitress. The service after that point was good. I see on this review thread most of the complaints are about the pizza. Although I didn't experience this personally, I was sitting by a man was waiting on carry out and when his pizza came out, he looked in shock and was said "what did I do". The size definitely was not what he expected. He had another person with him so I assume it was something that was supposed to be shared between them.

Always a wonderful experience for a reasonable price. The staff is always so pleasant and efficient. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but if you’re going for the first time, you have to try the pizza! They also come up with amazing specials every night.

I have been coming to DeSantis for a few years and I have never been disappointed with the food or staff. It's a great place to relax and enjoy great food and cold beer. Their pizza is a 10/10 and would highly recommend! The only short coming of the establishment is that it's a bit small so it does get quite crowded at times so plan for that. Otherwise, this restaurant is a must!

One of my favorite places in Perry Hall MD. Pizza is unique and good. Pasta dishes are delicious. Always busy, so you must have patience with the staff. If you treat the staff with respect they will treat you with respect. Lastly, the prices are so good, no other place compares

I had meatballs in sauce, topped with cheese, with 4 garlic bread points. Two others got the special of Matthews Cheese Pizza and salad. They loved it and ordered take-out of the same for their family. Another got pepperoni pizza. Delicious! Great service. Cozy atmosphere.

I stopped in here last Saturday evening after working a hockey game. My coworker frequents the place and suggested I try it. Definitely not disappointed! Excellent pizza and service. Very friendly staff and patrons. I enjoyed myself.

And now their amazing pizza comes in a BOX!!! Got to say I was a bit bummed as the paper plate vibe was truly nostalgic. Get the large both cheeses with meatball pizza you'll thank me!!!

I always enjoy this restaurant. It is so popular that sometimes there is a wait to get seated. Come early! I love the BBQ Blast Pizza cooked extra crispy. This is my favorite, but everything is tasty!
