Because one of the employees swears at kids who have hearing problems and mispronounce the name . I would give it a 0 if I could. One girl staff said the F word to Christians and called a little kids the B word and she made my friend ball her eyes and she didn’t even say sorry. No way we are ever going there again. I am disappointed in the staff’s behaviour. Honestly NO discipline. One of the staff was so aggressive that the other staff had to hold her back form hitting a little kid, including pointing the middle finger!

We came here on weekday evening. Not crowded at all. It is very fun for kids and teens. I recommend to play here for 1.5 hours for each visit. Convenient location: nearby bus stops, ferry station, etc. The ticket office is located on 3rd floor. They have 1st floor as well, don’t miss it !!

If this place had implemented a maximum occupancy limit, it would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. The excessive crowding resulted in significant waiting times to access the designated areas, thereby reducing the value of the time paid for. Furthermore, a major disappointment was the closure of several areas, exacerbating the overcrowding in the remaining zones. Considering the price of admission and the additional expense of purchasing compulsory socks, I believe it would be more worthwhile to engage in activities such as bouldering or playing laser tag.

Been there on weekdays and it has a lot of kids and teens but there is no queue. A lot of activities you can do; trampoline, long jumping, wall climbing, parkour, zipline, free fall, and many more. My skin got burnt because of sliding through the ramp shaped trampoline but it's my fault so everything in this place is safe and everywhere you go there is a crew that can help you.

We recently visited Ryze. Kids had a great time with two floors to play around with. If you have a car be prepared to know exactly where you can park. The area outside Ryze is NEVER available. Your best option is to drive around to look for a shopping center to get some parking. So, go early or better still take the MTR or taxi that's a better choice. Secondly, my son lost his phone as he decided to jump with it and it got lost amongst the foam...We reported the phone been lost, gave exact locations where they phone could be. A few days later, I received a call to say that they had found the phone. I was presently surprised 😮, wow what honest people. So, thanks to everyone at Ryze who found his red phone you guys are amazing. Well organized place and super friendly staff...

Big open spacious place, 1st floor is red theme, seems more suitable for over 12y while 3rd floor is for under 12y. Can make your kids play as hard as they can.

Seriously understaffed. First floor was packed with kids with only two staff members to be seen, 1 on the zip line 1 on the swings. The one responsible for the swing was trying to watch cliff drop jumping place right behind her. Both of them had to make sure trampolines were used correctly too. There was no safety briefing and instructions before entering the place, saw few kids nearly jumping on top of each other from the cliff drop jump. Other than that a fun place for kids with cool music. Better staffing and clear instructions would make it much safer.

We come here a lot. Perfect early in the morning during the first session as hardly anyone else comes that early.

Great venue for the younger kids with plenty of different challenges. Avoid peak hours to avoid people that does not understand the concept of sharing space with respect. 😏
