Maybe the the only surviving local HK style fast food eatery at the heart of Central. The open kitchen is small but is in full functions. Cold kitchen for western fast food like sandwiches and toasts. Hot kitchen serves both western and eastern cuisines. Western frying panel for western meals. Guangdong furnace for made to order meal like fried rice or noodle. A noodle section for asian noodle. Together with beverage bar. All lay out neatly. It's fast and economy. Curry beef brisket is wonderful.
