Pacific Place is usually well decorated during festive seasons. It’s now the time to celebrate Lunar New Year of Rabbit. The mall has a giant rabbit right beside the MTR exit. It naturay attracts crowds of the public with different ethnic origins to take pictures.

Pacific Place is a must-visit during the festival season, with its stunning Christmas decorations creating a delightful and festive ambiance. Highly recommended!

I don't think I've ever bought anything other than eating at the restaurants, watching a movie, or buying groceries at Great in the basement. But I always enjoy walking through this mall. The architect designed everything around curves. And I love the baby changing room--sadly, it's larger than my bedroom.

October 2023 update: My latest visit to PP, they have changed the theme , you can find many cute bears in the Lobby . Many visitors took photos with the bear. Very cute The Pacific Place is one of the best shopping malls in Hong Kong. Inside the mall, you can find all famous brand names chains stores and the luxury retailers. This is one of the stylish mall in HK. I used to visit this mall from time to time when I was living in HK.

nice shopping mall with fancy washrooms. always packed with families and noisy domestic helpers. directly linked to MTR station. the regular pop-up exhibitions are good. not top choice in terms of fashion brands.

Pacific Place is the best and most high end shopping mall at Hong Kong. My first visit to Pacific Place was thirty years ago in 1993 and was so impressed by the shopping experience and atmosphere of Pacific Place. During four years of expatriate working at Hong Kong from 2000-2004, Pacific Place is the most often visited place. Hong Kong park adjacent to Pacific Place is another great spot for visiting. Amazing Hong Kong start with Pacific Place.

We like to go here like shopping in here because they almost have all luxury brands store in here… and the this mall not so much crowded like others mall in Hong Kong…

The best shopping mall on the island! It is posh, clean and a lot of good shops to choose from! The staff is always nice! They are extremely helpful, supportive and friendly! Love the place and the people here!

Branded luxury goods mall. And... You can also hop to the famous 'ding ding tram' outside of this mall. A nice thing to do when you are in Hongkong, sightseeing from inside a tram is something special, in my opinion

An oasis of luxury in a city filled with designer malls. But this one feels calm, serene and spacious. Yes you have Versace, Cartier and the obligatory Hermes (rudest staff I have ever come across) but it’s just a nice oasis to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. The supermarket food hall On the lower level has enough selections to keep you going for weeks. I’d move in if I could!

As usual, the Pacific Place does a great job in setting up and establishing the X'mas decorations. Meet the Santa is almost impossible to secure a slot hence I went with "The Quest of the Forest Fairies" which is more interactive for kids and my boy loved it.

High end mall populated by many luxury brands and restaurants. Worth a visit during festivals as the landlord, Swire, usually splurges on festive decorations!

A Top End Mall Pacific Place is a really cool upmarket mall with expansive walkways. It is illuminated only with warm white light to give it a cozy, classy feel. It offers cuisines from various cultures, but primarily excels at the kind of food Hong Kong is famous for : great Chinese food. Prices are obviously a lot steeper than other places but service and ambience are excellent. Definitely a place to visit if you want a luxury mall experience in Hong Kong.

This is one of the best mall in hk a In terms of service and location. The mall is great for designer shopping and fine dinning. It also include sportswear at quite a large range of prices. Affordable are not as present as less popular malls but are still available. It is not the best in terms of entertainment facilities (that do not include shopping) as all they have is a cinema ( operated by Movie Movie) which don’t get me wrong is one of the best cinema in Hong Kong, which can make the experience quite boring for some compared to malls with ice rinks or indoor skying. Overall this is a great mall and I fully recommend visiting it.

Simply amazing. Every major brand is here conveniently located under the hotel I stayed at. Seek out Dim Sum Original restaurant for brunch here. Well worth the effort and taste.

It is one of the most gorgeous shopping malls in Hong Kong.

Giant size shopping plaza including many high end brands. Place is nice and clean and there is also a connecting escalator to bring you to Hong Kong Park. The shopping plaza itself is well decorated. Even though I was only passing by but I could not help going in and spent a little time looking around. I also visited their supermarket in the basement and everything looks great there.

If you want to see the Heatherwick stidio's architecture. Must visit here and enjoy shopping as well

Shopping malls aren't my thing ? But we went in there to use the toilets 😃 what are really funky 😂 it took me a while to find out how to open the doors 👀😝🤣😭

Iconic shopping mall in Hong Kong. One of the more luxurious. Has some great coffee places and stores and one of the best supermarkets in town (also most expensive). During seasons like Christmas or Easter they always setup huge deco and fun areas to take pictures at and for children to admire the sight and setup. Especially Christmas, can recommend doing a stroll at least once

Upscale shopping mall in Admiralty. Location is convenient and accessible directly from MTR station. Lots of international luxurious brands and a good variety of dining choices. Surrounded by 4 prestigious hotels and Hong Kong Park is within walking distance.

Very convenient place. Still miss the good old Dan Ryan’s, a drink or bites before or other films….

Pacific Place is definitely delivering "above" customer service! My points are expiring soon and the item I want to redeem is running low in stock. The concierge not only called me to inform me about the low inventory item, helped me to expedite my points recognition, and have it ready for me when I went to collect the item. This is superb customer service! Thank you Ms C Hung.

It isn't very easy to go around and the direction signs are so hard to use. Giving it 2 stars is already too much but I don't wanna give any place just 1 star 🌟.

This place has a lot of people having coffee. The aroma in here smells so good.. but i haven't try i just saw

An upmarket shopping mall.

This Christmas, Pacific place is taking you on vacation of a Mt. Christmas Resort. The gorgeous and mysterious Christmas originally contained Santa Claus. Because of the Covid-19, Santa Claus became AR version. My daughter was originally afraid of Santa Claus, but with the virtual background, she felt comfortable with this AR Santa Claus.

It's Pacific place! Big shopping mall with lots of luxury brand in the heart of admiralty, link to few hotels on the top levels. Lots of restaurants. Love La Vache! 🐂

Christmas displays/activities very good this year (2021)

Pacific Place shopping mall is one of the best or poshest mall in Hong Kong island ,clean ,vibrant, always the first one with Christmas decor,and if your looking for something u can't find in any grocery store (I'm sure you can find it here)when u visit Hong kong don't miss it..one more Hongkong park is just an escalator away😉

A shopping mall with many catering facilities to suit different taste. Shops are popular brands and chained stores. The sightseeing lift facing outside was great. The internal layout was good to stroll along.

Comparing with Central Landmark and IFC, pacific place is more relax. Less crowded for the designer brand stores. Also, it is easy to access the hotels above for a nice afternoon break.

Top notch shopping mall in Admiralty Hong Kong with top brands flagship stores, four five starts hotels, great restaurants and other stores. Great place for shopping and hanging around for the day and holidays.

High end shopping mall. It's supermarket is my favourite stop as there's loads of cooked food options.

Above admiralty station. Easy to get to. Do check out the big picture hang in Pacific Place phase 3. Really interesting. This place have plenty of shops and restaurants, even a gym. Not too crowded. If you need to buy things, it is a good place to be.

Slowly aging but still my favorite mall in HK. It's the only major mall in Central (besides IFC) and right next to HK Park and Wanchai.
