There was also some sweet pomelo serving - wayyy too sweet. The meat dishes were good. The steamed Patagonia fish 🐟 was my favourite - soft, smooth and tasted great! The crispy 🪿 was tender and indeed crispy, and so was the crispy pork 🐷。 We ordered a veg 🥬. It was fresh and cooked to order (清炒）。 Our desserts were both good - not too sweet but still rich. The baked sago pudding 🍲was unique, while the mango pudding 🥭 was nice and simple. The atmosphere is also really nice. Service was fine, though some staff weren’t as attentive as you’d hope from such a place.

The food quality is superb and the whole table is very satisfied, the dish and wagyu were splendid. However I found there are not enough waiters, they have to take care multiple tables that sometimes the pot was left empty and they were not free to fill. I would expect more caring service at this price tags.

Generally all dishes are well cooked, except my lobster was not that fresh but my friends did not encounter the same issue... The dish of wagyu beef was ok but could be better, the “bird nest” was a nice surprise as it was made with fried dried white fish instead of less flavorful noodle. Wine pairings this night was great and very well executed, which deserved a bonus point.

Food was really nice here. We had their set today! We like the shredded chicken with flat glass noodles and sesame vinegar sauce and the deep fried toothfish with shrimp paste in soya sauce!! Those two were the best. Their mango pudding wasn’t as good as the one I made lol so.....hahaa The reason why I deducted one star is because they gave me a broken spoon when I had my soup, it almost cut my lip... their service was ok, I do wanna give the white clothes waiter a kudo, he did check on us when he has time.
