Valentine day’s eve, reserved lunch cope with omicron no dinner restriction. Arrived, grand, yet comfy entrance, walked down 2 storeys stairs, high ceiling, beautiful setup. Courteous service, a little constrainted, but 5 star hotel style, understood. Recommended free flew Ruinart pkg, no objection of couse. Entire lunch from choices of Olive oils, sour dough to main were impeccable, delicate balance of taste was the center stage. Each dish brought out different surprises, right portion, must taste with palate not with words. Skipped deserts, perfect coffee finish, what an experience! Michelin star don’t born without substance, my comment, perfect balance of taste and ambience, worth the price!

I went spontaneously to the Tosca Di Angelo located in the Ritz-Carlton/ ICC and I am really thankful for that amazing time! + 100% perfect service + amazing views from 101 floor and great atmosphere + amazing food, everything on point, good wine selection Prices are high, the provided food quality convinced me. Their Amuse Bouche was outstanding, also compared to other Michelin Star restaurants.

What a spectacular experience at Michelin one starred Tosca di Angelo! From the moment I arrived at the Ritz Carlton, I was excited to try this highly acclaimed Italian restaurant located on the 102nd floor. The million dollar city view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking! The menu at Tosca di Angelo was impressive, and it was clear that the restaurant takes great pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients for their dishes. The uni dish was so fresh and flavourful while the main - my partner’s steak was so well prepared and tender while my the pork neck I ordered was just heavenly (slightly heavy but it was so satisfying!) What really impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the staff at the restaurant. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and were able to make recommendations based on our personal tastes and preferences. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience was truly remarkable.

Tosca was a rather well known one Michelin star fine dining venue. I had chose the 4 course tasting menu on 30/12 for dinner. The service and attention to details was exceptional. In terms of the cuisine, it is good although I might have expected more from a fine dining venue that has been awarded one Michelin star. This is the reason why I have rated this place 4 stars instead of 5.

Came here to celebrate our anniversary before transiting to Osaka. We have a tradition of celebrating this special day in a nice restaurant with great views and hence selected Tosca Di Angelo on the 102nd floor following last year’s celebration at Bicena Seoul (81st floor). The ambience is great and not to mention the spectacular views. Everyone here is attentive and friendly. We did not order any alcohol but overheard the interesting conversation between the sommelier and the table beside us, learnt a little bit more about wine :) We went with the Minuetto menu and liked the Amuse Bouche, appetiser and sea bass, amazing. It is a bit pricey for sure, but well worth the money to celebrate your special occasion.

Visited Tosca after 5 years as i have a love for their dishes and the view. Went with the Ala Carte options this time with the misses. The options we opted for were the Blue Lobster Salad, Ravioli, White Truffle Risotto, Wagyu Beef Sirloin, Fruit Salad & Chocolate Fondant. Flying review for all the dishes presented and taste mostly. Sadly the ravioli and Risotto were okay as such i withheld a 5 as i would have given it back in 2018.

Enjoyed a fabulous dinner here for my birthday celebration. My hubby booked it as we were staying at Rosewood which was a 10 min taxi ride away. The restaurant is elegant and service was excellent. We had the dinner course and added the white truffle pasta. It's pricier compared to what I'd paid for white truffle pasta in Singapore as it cost nearly S$200 for the 7g of white truffle pasta. But still worth the price for the special occasion.

Wonderful Italian food, fantastic view! We ordered the weekend lunch and an additional lychee cake from the Ritz Carlton cake shop. The staff was friendly and professional, and the bathrooms were clean. Hand towels were provided in the bathroom, which is always an extra point in my books! The beef was fat, the fat wasn’t as well distributed across the piece of meat, with a chunk of fat at the top. However the pork was great, and made up for the beef. The burrata and tomatoes were a personal highlight.

Food and environment are good, nice view outside. The only thing that hurt overall experience was their tablecloth quality, as it was so dusty that my black pants were terribly contaminated with lots of white dusts, while waiters said it's normal...

Excellent Southern Italian set course from start to finish, with delicate amuse Bouche giving way to flavorful seafood al dente pastas and smoky iberico chops. Terrific service as in other venues in this hotel.

Let me put it this way; I've eaten in some of the nicest, most lavish steakhouses in Paris, London, New York, Prague, etc., and none compare with the overall experience of Tosca. Our waiter spoke eight languages, the dinner was absolutely incomparable, and the view was breathtaking. Sure, it's pricey, but you certainly wont regret or forget a visit to this world class restaurant.

Authentic Sicilian cuisine with breathtaking view on floor 102. I booked Tosca to celebrate father's day because I have heard that the chef is from Sicily and I miss food from Sicily after taking a trip there two years ago and it's not easy to find authentic Sicilian dishes in Hong Kong. There is another restaurant servicing southern Italian cuisine but I was not very impressed. For starter, I ordered blue lobster salad with baby broccoli puree with Kaluga caviar. The dish looked as great as it tasted. The lobster and caviar tasted very fresh and full of flavour. For the first course, I had the risotto with Sciliy & Spain red prawn, it tasted heavenly. The sauce was very concentrated like a prawn / lobster bisque taste, and there is a device to squeeze the juice from the prawn head into my risotto to enhance the flavour even more For the second course, I had the red star grouper in fish soup, apparently the dish is originated from the chef's home town. The fish was steamed , the meat was so tender, the soup was thin yet full of fish flavour. I really enjoy it. For dessert, I ordered tiramisu with coffee granita, it was ok as Im not a dessert person. The meal was so worth it and both my parents and I enjoyed it very much

Situated in Ritz Carlton, what can you say. The environment is classy . We tasted the regular tasting menu and the seasonal tasting menu. Both were special in their own rights One thing wife and I disliked was the mushroom inside the soup. There was a rather unique taste But everything from service to dessert is superb

18-Mar-2023 lunch Celebrating my birthday. We had a very good experience here, especially thanks to Phenol. We ordered a 4-course lunch, including starter, 1st course, main course and dessert. We had champagne package plus wine pairing. The chef is from Sicilia, the food was italian style. There were several choices of olive oil for bread (which was special too) Starter we ordered Burrata Fresca & piovra del Meditterraneo First course were busiate trapanesi and risotto Acquerello Main course we had cernia rossa (influenced by Chinese style plus his family secret soup) and pluma di Maiale Iberia Dessert were Tiramisu (excellent, my favourite) and cannolo di ricotta Location 7/10 Place 9/10 Service 8/10 Food 8/10 Price 7/10 Recommend 8/10

Lovely Italian lunch! Was very surprised by them offering different kinds of olive oil and it was really sweet that one of the two came from the same hometown as the chef. Credits given to this gimmick! More importantly, the food was delicious. Although I'm not a carbs-fan, I didn't mind the linguine as the cheese before was too good to forget. Didn't really like the texture of the fish but the pork neck was tender and rich in flavour. The side of the main dish was a bit of a disappointment after the other courses being extraordinary. Overall the experience was delightful, especially we had the wine pairing option during Saturday! The desserts were fine but nothing special. That's mostly the problem when one of their dishes stands out too much, you have higher expectation towards the remaining. Will definitely recommend people to come on Saturday for the very worthy lunch menu!

make no mistake that this is a casual dining joint. situated up on the 100th floor, you have to pass several doorway and escalaters to the restaurant, before being usher through a stylish runway to your seat, that in itself, a ceremony. once you are there, you will be rewarded unobstructed view of both sides of the Victoria harbor. food is amazing and meticulously prepared. wine selection is extensive and the sommelier's recommendations are excellent. service is professional and fluent. overall impeccable if not for the price: a typical 4 course meal cost around 2000 hkd per head, and wine pairing another 1000 hkd. but I guess for this amazing views, everything will be worthwhile.

Had a pleasant afternoon here. Reasonable price for lunch in this atmosphere, not overpriced. The portion of the dishes is more than I expected. Every dish tastes very nice, well seasoned and so balanced. Requested window seating to celebrate the occasion. Love their arrangements for the dessert with a little warm note in it.

On the One hundred and second floor (102) of ICC, the Tosca experience will amaze you on every metric. There's the suspense building wait in the elevator ride to level 103, the walk through the lobby at the Ritz, the escalator down to the hostess followed by the short walk through a labyrinth of rich decor that opens into a double story open space with the most incredible views of Hong Kong island and further past as far as the eye can see. The service is outstanding. The food of the most exceptional quality. The experience - unforgettable.

My go-to Italian restaurant in Hong Kong and it's not just about the stunning harbour view from 400metres above the ground. The attentive service, tranquil ambience and most importantly, Chef Angelo's classic Italian cuisine with modern touch and Sicilian inspiration all part of the reasons I come back time and time again for more...

My husband and I visited Tosca, one of my fav restaurants in Kowloon area. The restaurant located at 102lvl of ICC tower so it gives an astonishing view of Kowloon and HK island. The dishes are prepared at high level. We ordered a la carte: Blue lobster salad, organic pasta with sea urchin as second dish, turbot fillet and wagyu sirloin as main dishes, cheese platter as finishing coupled with a white and red wine recommended by staff. We are happy with every single dish that it has a highlight in each of them. The restaurant also provides complementary small treat: 5 types of appetiser bites, 4 types of desserts bites, and endless bread and crisp. They have a very special Olive oil tasting that gives five types of selections. I asked if they have the olive oil to sell, however it is for in-house use only. At last when we checking the bill they gave us a small bottle of olive oil that I’ve enquired as a gift! That’s so sweet! Overall we are very happy and satisfied with this experience and special thx gives to the staff served our table - Nick, Raymond and Kate.

An extraordinary and exquisite culinary experience awaits at Tosca di Angelo on the 102 floor, Ritz Carlton. This was our first visit and we were fortunate to be seated next to the window giving a beautiful view of Hong Kong. From the menu, we chose the Minuetto (4 courses with fish selected rather than lamb) and Ricordi (5 courses with beef as the main) without the wine pairing option. Every dish was cooked to perfection, presented, and explained. The portion sizes were just right and we felt comfortably full by the end. Highly recommended and we're looking forward to returning.

Having a very good dinner with a good friend here. We had a la cart menu and we were impressed by the food quality and tastes. Starting from salad, ravioli, and finish with a wague steak. The steak was very fantastic while the other are very good. The view was awesome. It's the highest restaurant I have ever been. The service could be improved. We need to call someone to pour and did pour our own wine many times as well as olive oil and breads. This should not happen at the level of the restaurant but it's possible that they might be short of staffs. Will go back and hope to get better service. Still it's a good place for important occasion.

Impeccable service and food. We chose this restaurant to conclude our staycation at Ritz-Carlton and it gave us a memorable dinner. The staffs were polite, professional, knowledgeable and had the right attentiveness. We enjoyed every dish on their tasting menu. The ingredients were fresh and the flavours were very well balanced. We thought the basil ice cream was a genius idea. The small appetizers were also pleasant surprises as well.

Tosca - Michelin one star I admit I come here more for the view, but unfortunately it was a raining day... but well, I still expect better food from a RitzCarlton hotel’s restaurant on the second top floor of ICC. Overall not too bad but definitely not worth the price. The service is at high standard but I would rather have better food instead. The tortelli is quite good actually. The burrata filling tastes good. But the tuna is really bad... it is fishy, and “water” even come out from it and make the whole thing watery after a while. Should have talked to them but the portion is small and we kinda finished it already so didn’t bother. Overall, come here if you have special occasion and when weather is good. P.S. it will be a 2 stars but the extra star is for the good service.

I couldn’t find a reason to give this restaurant anything other than 5 stars. I’ve been here twice and the experience wasn’t dulled the second time, as I don’t imagine it will diminish during the third or fourth or fifth! From booking the reservation to leaving dinner it was customer service oriented to the max. Everything from pulling out your chair before sitting, answering questions about anything on the menu without hesitation (twice :)), offering wine pairing advice for your meal, accommodating a special event, presenting your food at the same time as everyone in your party (literally placing your food down and then removing the lid), to pouring your empty cup of wine/water/beverage (although it within arms reach) was what made it different. This is a dining experience, it is worth the cost. You pay for the atmosphere, the 102nd level view, the 5-6 people it seems that wait on you, the food prep/presentation, and the high quality food and their ingredients prepared by a masterful chef from Sicily. My only suggestion is to ask for a window table, it makes it that much more special. Just go see for yourself instead of reading anymore reviews.

Sat brunch - 4 course and Veuve Clicquot free-flow. Worthy HKD 1,000 incl. SC. Aps cold and hot were nice. Only main was too small portion - seriously (compared to size of starters). Desserts were nice too. Service wonderful (great staff), so were the views - as Ozone Bar, best are at washrooms. Booking recommended.

You’re really just paying for the views and “dining at the Ritz.” The pastas are pretty good, but very very expensive for what they are. The amuse-bouche was a series of hits and misses, but really mainly misses. Wine list was impressive, very lengthy, and also quite overpriced. The famed Tiramisu was also a let down, 180hkd for a semi-deconstructed version that you can finish in 4 bites. Service was very polite, but also hits and misses - often, we had to repeat our requests several times. This is a place to impress someone, or when you’re dining on an expense account.... in the 1980s..

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful dining experience I had at your restaurant recently. The evening was truly exceptional, and I wanted to commend your establishment for providing such a memorable meal. First and foremost, I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire staff for their outstanding service. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional professionalism and attentiveness of CALVIN LAU. His dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience was evident throughout the evening. Calvin’s knowledge of the menu, his ability to make recommendations, and his promptness in attending to our needs were all exemplary.

🫤 This was my usual place to get pineapple bun with butter and Hong Kong style milk tea. With the pandemic, this was the first time I returned to Hong Kong after 4 years. The pineapple bun and milk tea are good, but I found several other restaurants (Sun Wah, Gold Garden) in Cheung Sha Wan that offer...
