    One of my breakfast provided during quarantine. The only thing which I found great from this hotel is alternate day provided an orange / apple ( fresh fruit)… though not daily but I felt glad. The rest not to mention, Worst ever. Operator or receptionist hardly pick up call. Food delivery to room take time .. if you are luck probably just 20mins waiting time , if not lucky around 2.5 hours or more though I have ordered food within their allowed deliveries time

    When I booked my quarantine hotel, I asked our school agent if I wanted a decent, inexpensive, clean, and spacious hotel. The agent booked me at Regal Kowloon Hotel. This is beyond my expectation, knowing that most hotels here are smaller than usual, but the Regal hotel is quite extensive, clean, and has a nice view. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you will have to quarantine and you are new to it. This place will make you relax and feel comfortable to be inside the room. When we reached the hotel, we were expecting to wait for an hour, but to our surprise, it took us only 5 minutes to give the instruction, and my daughter saw the bathtub, and that's her favorite part of the hotel. The people here are all helpful and caring about our needs. The food is set for a healthy, tasty, and delectable meal. I love the variety of each meal with dessert or fruits. Also, I appreciate it when they call me if I need anything else, and to my surprise, they extend the help. I am grateful to Dennis Dulay for being a good manager and accommodating to all the guest's needs. It may not be pleasant to be quarantined, but if the place is like this, I don’t mind. Thank You, Regal Kowloon Hotel, you made our stay memorable.

    Staying here for 7-day quarantine. Today is day 4, and the room itself is okay, however, the toilet barely flushes (sensor doesn’t work very well and the water only trickles once you finally get the sensor to pick up your movement - takes a couple tries each time) and the service is UNBELIEVABLY bad, especially considering the hefty amount and marked up prices we are paying due to shortage in quarantine hotel rooms over the summer. Opted for outside food delivery (you can read other reviews on the meals they provide here, so I need not say more), but for anyone planning on staying here, please note they will only deliver your food up to you 10:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00, and 19:00-21:00. Doesn’t matter to them that the food gets cold and starts going bad - as their reception put it, “Hotel staff can only deliver within the time windows as per their procedure/policy.” What is this robotic thinking without any consideration of common sense? It is mind-blowing.

    The staffs are friendly. Food was delivered on time and I love all of them. Huge space. Nice view from my room. Relaxing. If you want to experience great quality service during quarantine, I highly recommend Regal Kowloon Hotel. I wish I could stay longer. :)

    Context : Was here for Quarantine, 3 nights 4 days. I thought the quarantine service was very good, they gave me all the info and were very careful about all the procedures. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable but not uncomfortable enough not to sleep and relax on, I really liked the seat by the window to lookoutside even if I couldn’t go outside. The water in the shower gets really hot so be careful but otherwise was fine. My biggest negative was the food, I just couldn’t stomach it, at first it was because I’d just gotten off a long flight but after it was because it wasn’t very nice. I liked the rice though, that was nice. The food was bad enough that I kind of began to starve a bit but they provided a few welcome snacks and when I ordered food they sent it up straight away👍 I was told checkout would be at 2 but it was more like 4.

    I have a tremendous stay in this quarantine hotel in HK. I was being allocated to a premier deluxe room with panoramic harbour view. The fixed menu is extremely delicious. All the staffs are so nice and friendly. A special thanks to Maureen for being very helpful.

    Located just near the seaside area (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality along with an amazing view from the room Not to mention the staff – who, by the way, were exceptional. Dennis really went out of his way to make sure me and my partner got what we needed. This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Dennis for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

    We stayed at Regal Kowloon for the mandated hotel quarantine required by the HK government. I was staying in a room with 3 kids. The room is pretty spacious, has 2 queen beds and a window seat which the kids enjoyed very much. The hotel had provided a lot of water supplies, instant coffee/tea packets and cups etc. for our stay. The 3 meals provided has different varieties and catered to our dietary requests since one of my kids do not eat seafood. Most of them were kids approved! Very thankful about that. We experienced some issues on our first day of checking-in. The Manager was staying on top of things, constantly communicated with me and got it resolved finally. We are also very thankful for his assistance. It was also a special stay for us because we celebrated our son's birthday! Our family delivered some decorations and cakes and we had a cozy celebration!! :) Overall a pleasant experience.

    Recommended to try the Best Executive club lounge in HK. Very spacious environment with natural sunlight, friendly staff and always very attentive, thank you Maureen and Ema. Cocktail snacks are delicious and my daughter enjoys very much here. I love the massage chair which made me so relax. Definitely we will be back during our next holiday.

    We are a family of 4 so went with the family room offered. The rooms are generally very small, floors are carpeted (I'm very sensitive to dust allergies so quickly kept sneezing the entire stay), bathroom is also small however it's the normal size offered at any hotel, so was good enough for us. The front desk staff speaks very little English and hence was very difficult to get information about anything at all, since the room was pre-booked the check-in was smooth ; a nominal amount has to be paid as security deposit for the stay which then will be refunded after the check-out. Many cheap and good fast food chains are available around it so didn't bother trying their in-house cafes. The view offered from our room was apparently the "garden view" which wasn't quite appealing to me personally. Overall a good stay for sure, could it have been better? I'd like to say so.

    Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids for quarantine, and I don't regret it. Overall, a pleasing experience. We booked a family room with 2 queen beds, its not huge but it provided ample space for us (we had space to workout and play). I requested a room with a view,they could not guarantee it but we did end up with one with a view of the park and harbor. The food was surprisingly good and had big portions (we had regular, vegetarian and halal). The staff are efficient and accomodating to our requests. Deliveries were taken to our room very fast. Big shout out to Mr. Dennis Dulay for making sure we were comfortable during our stay.

    My family and I went here this December 2022, it was for a birthday celebration. I really enjoyed the spacious room. My little brother loves to run a lot which is perfect. The staff is very accommodating. The room is clean and tidy. I recommend this to people who want to celebrate their birthdays or anniversaries. Or just be here for fun!

    EVERYONE DO NOT BOOK TIS HOTEL!!! THIS IS A BIGGEST SCAM!!! I totally got tricked with the reviews online, saw many 5 stars review. This hotel is a -1 star hotel. First walked in, room stinks to a different level. Requested a king size bed, end up with a 2 double bed, separate. Absolutely disgusting and dirty inside the room. Everything seems uncleaned. all the pillows and chairs are wrapped in plastic. Only have 1 all-in-one soap for shower, shampoo. and no hand washing gel. There are still other people's hair inside the bathtub. Mini fridge is not even working. Call the receptions and all different in-dial number, end up only the emergency number 5 picked up my call. No delivery service after 9 pm???? This is straight nightmare. There are croccoachs inside the room!!!!???? How can I live in an environment like this? ____________________________________________________________ * Update: all is not lost as a staff from customer service was quick to right the wrongs in this establishment and took the time to fix all that which was crooked in the previous arrangement. special thanks to Dennis for making this stay infinitely better.

    Stayed at the hotel for 7 days compulsory quarantine. Worst experience ever, you are first greeted with extremely bad service and impolite staff before being guided to an aged and horrendous room, despite this being a self-funded compulsory quarantine. The room is not equipped with even the basic amenities you'd expect from a "4 star hotel". No liquid soap, no razor / shaving cream, a single bottle of shampoo which doubles as shower gel, not even a reusable cup to make tea in. The give you a paper cup, with a couple teabags in it for the entirety of the seven days. The room isn't well taken care of either, there is blockage in the bath tub, so your feet have to be submerged in water everyday you shower. The ridiculous installation of the toilet roll into the holder (see photos). There is even clusters of unpicked up hair from previous tenants lying around, talk about being a "hygiene quarantine hotel". Not only is the food poorly cooked, cold and stiff, and sometimes even smells a bit, the portion is also not acceptable for adults, at times they give you 2 - 3 pieces of meat with white rice and call it dinner. Most meals are simply unacceptable and I decided to opt for deliveries. The wifi is unstable and slow, and times even internet black out for 1 - 2 hours. I had to use my personal data to get through a work session uninterrupted. Overall, this experience is bad even if it was free, let alone charging me 1500 HKD per night. Room quality is appalling, staff treat you like prisoners without basic respects for paying customers. The place deserves to be closed down, and it would be if it wasn't for covid, giving them an unwarranted source of income.

    Best DQH in town, hands down. Good food and well prepared. Instructions to quarantine travelers are very clear, the room are filled with those instructions. Have enough space for WFH (work from hotel) setup like me 😊. Overall, it’s quite good. I’ll see you again next time.

    Our stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel was just perfect! The location is very convenient and is near a lot of touristy places. There are also tons of local food stalls around the area. Honestly, you wouldn't need to go far to have a taste of Hong Kong because they are just right outside RKH! To top off our stay was the immaculate service provided by Mr. King Chen Wu. The service he provided was by far, the best I've experienced. Hong Kong + Regal Kowloon Hotel + Mr. Wu are definitely the best combination for a perfect trip!

    I have reserved 11 rooms for my family for attending a wedding event and I was very impressed with the service by this hotel. First, I really appreciated the assistance from Yolanda since the first contact. She takes own responsibility and prompt reply all my enquiries. She has introduced Maureen to follow all the preferences of my group who was extremely helpful during the stay. The hotel impressed me and my family a lot, we all having very good time here,highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel

    We definitely enjoyed our stay in Regal Kowloon hotel. The hotel staff were very accommodating to our needs. There are nearby 7/11, and other food bars/stalls/restos which you can explore all within walking distance from the hotel. Airport services to and from hotel are also provided.

    Stayed with family for the weekend here. All the staff, especially Sir Dennis, were all very approachable and accommodating. They were very friendly and promptly responded when we had requests. We had a spacious room and it was very clean. The hotel itself is very accessible to public transportation and shops. We really had a great stay!

    We have a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the Guest Experience Manager Mr Dennis Dulay who always ready to provide assistance. Really great service. The room is clean and spacious. The kids really had fun here. We will definitely stay here again.

    First time stay in this hotel and i was impressed with the overall service standard in a traditional hotel. Reception was very busy but staff are helpful, especially thanks to Ms. Maureen for the room decoration to make a surprise on my daughter's birthday. Further, i would like to recommend the Executive club lounge facilities. This lounge is very comfortable with natural daylight. Cocktails snacks are delicious and chill. You may also enjoy me time with the massage chair. For dinner, i chose Regal court chinese good, and it's is fast, hot and good, value for money. I definitely will be back again.

    The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city. Special mention to Sir Dennis Dulay who is very helpful with all the things and information we need. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Perfect experience for my husband birthday celebration ☺️

    For an amazing stay with top notch service, I recommend this hotel. Every detail and concern is attended to with the utmost attention. Check in was a breeze and quick!! All dining areas are clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was great and the executive lounge staff, Ms. Ema was very conversational and attentive. I recommend this hotel to couples and small groups, as there are connecting rooms available. The MOST AMAZING part of our stay was the personal service and attention by the guest relations manager, DENNIS! Dennis’ professionalism and hospitality experience is a great benefit to the Regal Hotels Group. Because of the service and attention, I gave this hotel the highest score possible.     The BEST hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Hong Kong! The facilities, ambiance, location, and room itself, are all excellent. But what we liked the most about this hotel is the customer service. We had the best customer experience! Sir King and Sir Dennis were both very hands on and very accommodating to our needs during our stay. 10/10 would recommend this hotel! ◡̈

    I have been staying at Regal Hotel a few times now, expecially Regal Kowloon Hotel, which have always been great. Staff have always been warm and friendly, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast has great variety too. I would love to specially thank King Wu for his amazingly warm service. He has really been looking after us and making sure our stay is happy and comfy! Thank you for all the tiny details you did to make this an unforgettable stay!     Our stay at the Regal Kowloon Hotel was truly exceptional. Excellent location, room and service! The hotel's harbor-view location added a great touch to our experience. Their rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff, are excellent and friendly, making our stay memorable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. King, Mr. Oliver, and Mr. Dennis, who went above and beyond to ensure our quick visit was delightful. Their generous gesture of a complimentary room upgrade, along with their travel advice and quick responses to our inquiries, made us feel well taken cared for. Thanks to their outstanding service, our stay at the Regal Kowloon Hotel was lovely.

    At first, we have a very terrible experience for this hotel as we were very tired and when we checked in the lobby desk were not approachable and nice that caused us to be in distress. We were really disappointed at first BUT then the manager and the assistant manager of the hotel naming Krystal and Oliver called us and hurriedly go to our room to apologize for what happened and to explain for the shortcomings of this hotel and to add they even gave us complementary free breakfast buffet for my family and also a free birthday cake for my mother since she celebrated here in this hotel. I was super amazed on how professional and how they handle situations like this. I must say they did a really great job and I want to commend them for being nice and approachable unlike the front desk (would not mention names anymore) but nonetheless, would recommend this hotel! 5 stars ⭐️

    Just finished my 7days hotel quarantine at the hotel. I had a really bad experience at first, I was given a really really dirty room( the toilet situation was bizarre, dirty, there are leaks from around the place, bath tub was not cleaned) don’t understand why would they give such room to people? (Had phoned the customer service and I was able to change to a cleaner room), room size was quite small. Meals were fine. But the customer service people were nice and friendly. Overall, not recommend!

    Stayed here for 7 days quarantine and it was a nice experience overall. The food and service are nicer than the other quarantine hotels I have stayed before. Hotel manager Dennis was very helpful.

    I am currently quarantining at the Regal Kowloon Hotel where I am having a very pleasant experience. At first I had been allotted a queen size bed room, however, as per my requirement/request the hotel helped me change this and I was directly contacted by Mr. Dennis Dulay, the customer experience manager, who assured me that they would do everything to make our stay pleasant. I was then contacted by Ms. Maureen Hung, the front desk manager, who helped us moving in room. The room is spacious and clean and the food is of good quality, delivered timely and plenty. The hotel caters to halal and veg diets. The guest service has been especially kind and extremely helpful. They have been highly responsive and fulfill any requests that I make as soon as they can. Mr. Dennis has been contacting me to check up every now and then. Overall I feel comfortable and satisfied. There is a big window in my room and I’m able to get some sunlight during my 7-day stay here.

    I joined a wedding party there on Sunday. Staffs are good at service, good food but because of the pandemic, people were separated in different rooms and floors. Not convenience.

    rooms are large, staff is friendly. but the wifi in room is just too slow. browse webpages ok, YouTube, streaming are almost impossible. location is good, rooms are quiet.

    Hotel was not too bad but it was not the greatest. The lobby was very elegant and was very grand. The rooms were alright, but the bathroom looked a bit dated and was dim. On the bright side, the price was very worth it.

    It is very low key, buffet...amazing in the heart of the district. Everything...and I mean everything is within walking distance. I never had an issue other than language, and I walked everywhere alone. Be mindful of your surroundings as night approaches, respect everyone, and enjoy. Thank you Regal for your wonderful hospitality.

    Due to the unexpected circumstances during pandemic. The staff at Regal hotel Kowloon is helpful and flexible on the changes. They were polite and act fast. We love this hotel and recommend to anyone.
