The food is undoubtedly refined and delicious. The price matches the quality so be prepared. We paid hkd3600 for a meal that left us hungry. The roast chicken wasnt as good as lei garden but the eel and sweet sour pork was a standout. However the service was questionable. We ordered two types of chicken. The service staff first said it was cancelled, then said it wasn't available, but the missing dish turned up on our bill even though we asked them to check. You'll definitely get a better value for meal out there.

We had the chef tasting dinner menu. The food was not bad but not quite value for its money. Service is ok at best. Overall it’s not a first class experience. Update: Sunday dimsum lunch was quite good though.

Delicious dishes and good dinning environment. It is 4.5 stars I should give actually as sometimes need to wait longer than usual time after placing order. One of my family’s favorite. Good private rooms.

cozy location. quality food. I tried dinner at night . better to make reservations ahead. recommended the 醉乳鴿 $188,pigeon with Chinese wine, served cold. if you like strong alcohol favour, a separate of wine will be served. for the seafood, $388 8 pcs shrimps with salted eye yolk. not the first time to try this. would like to say this is scripy and dry enough. not only butter and egg yolk filling you mouth could try to ask if any card offers discount. I used my card with -12% a satisfied dinner.

A 1-star michelin restaurant since 2013. Menus are served in a course meal. Tastes are excellent right from the first to last dish. My favorite is the steamed wild mushroom and black truffle dumpling which we ordered extra apart from the set menu.

Came here for Peking duck and it didn’t disappoint me, crispy skin not too oily pancake pastry is think enough to do the work. but if you look for value for money this place can not provide you. Second Highlight is the mango sago dessert not too sweet not too sour.

The dim sum at lunch was amazing. Probably the best I have had. The truffle dumpling is a must. Service staff let down the chefs in the back. Considering that there are 8 guys in suits walking around, it took way too long to order. 1 wrong dish was brought to the table. 1 dish didnt make it to the table until we asked. Longs gaps betweens dishes arriving. Delicious food!

Chinese restaurant within the Mira Hotel. The Mira is a soft brand Hotel of the Marriott Group, but they won't let you earn Marriott Bonvoy points for your spend at this restaurant. The dining room is spacious and comfortable, and even when seating returns to normal you won't feel crowded. It is known for it's all you can eat Dim Sum lunch. It is great that you don't have a time limit, so you can enjoy your meal without feeling hurried. Not a very extensive menu, but would normally be sufficient in choice. It was disappointing that we were told that the equipment for steaming the Cheong Fun was out of order. Which meant that all the different flavors of Cheong Fun were therefore unavailable. Would have been a nice gesture to offer one or two varieties of Dim Sum as a substitute. So of the varieties were very tasty and generally the quality is pretty good. The Xiao Long Bao with a subtle mushroom flavor was a nice complement to the pork. The Beef Balls in the broth was nice change for the usual that comes with Worcestershire Sauce. While generally an enjoyable meal, it seems poor value especially with the reduced choice.

Really good experience here. I’m staying at Mira Hotel with my parents and we had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner here. Service is superb and food is AMAZING. The Australian wagyu beef melts in your mouth and they make simple dishes like fried rice and veggie pot very delicious, a true testament to the chef’s craft.

We mistakenly booked Cuisine Cuisine IFC, but love the Mira restaurant so much better. Fortunately they had a table for us at this Mira restaurant. Great dim sum - my favourites, radish cake, the beef cheong fun, and the seafood minced meat soup! Absolutely love the ambience, didn’t want to leave 😁

Great tasting Dim Sum and still very consistently good! The crab broth dumpling is filled with seafood and is delicious. The cheong fun has paper thin wrapping and is fantastic. The fried radish cake looks simple but is deceptive good! Many other good dishes too! Overall a great and must visit experience!

Lovely experience! Service by the team of waitresses was excellent, Seating and decor were very nice and pleasant, Food was 4+ out of 5, Har Gao was excellent, The only thing less than 5 was the use of frozen lobster tails for the fried rice noodle, the meat was stuck inside the shell. Very nice place for a surprise treat 😉

We had a great time and we were so happy that we forgot to take pictures of the food. Barbecue pork and slowed cooked beef cheek are must to have. Service was outstanding. Also their vegetables dishes was good too. Remember to order early the Peking duck if want it to be be served.

Lunch here with booking in advance(must), ordering all you can eat Tim Sum for 388.00, very delicious and yummy. The services was great, location at centre of TST area and easy to reach with MTR or other public transport. With views from Kowloon Park making it more relaxed. We were full after taking all kinds of dim sum and walked around for two hours in the nearby mall for better digestion.

I like the space and environment in Cuisine Cuisine same as my friends (both local and western friends). It’s a lovely place to chill out and having privacy in your dinner since it has plenty of space between the tables. It is wonderful time to celebrate life with family and friends there. The whole winter melon soup is delicious, it has the light touch of all the summer elements, help you to wind down from the heat. The roasted pigeon is delicious too. The Peking Duck needs to be ordered in advance when you reserve the table, but it is one of the signature as well. The whisky jelly with sago is the delightful dessert for dinner, anyway it is entertaining!

🫤 This was my usual place to get pineapple bun with butter and Hong Kong style milk tea. With the pandemic, this was the first time I returned to Hong Kong after 4 years. The pineapple bun and milk tea are good, but I found several other restaurants (Sun Wah, Gold Garden) in Cheung Sha Wan that offer...
