Great food and service from reliable Ichiran again😃. Great noodles, the atmosphere was very Japanese, and service was quick and fast.

Absolutely overrated. Many alternatives around which are just minutes away. The services are weird. You have to order and then queue at long narrow corridor. The place is understaffed during the peak hour and you may wait minutes before your ramen comes. The extra ingredients are served first and it will get cold

First off, underground restaurant. That in if itself was super intriguing! The whole process was very different from regular dining, the service and the staff were kind and always greeted a new customer at the same time. Ramen was great!! Loved it, the soup was delicious (drank the entire bowl!) and had ordered an extra egg and pork. Delicious delicious delicious! Best part is that you get to customize your bowl of ramen to your preferences, down to the softness of the noodle- everything about this place, from the decoration to the staff uniform to the Japanese ads of Ichiran they play on the tv- fantastic. Loved the food, the vibe, the mood, the atmosphere, the service - all in all, a very good experience!

One of the best ramen that I had in Hong Kong. I have never been to the one in Japan, but all of my friends said this is pretty similar to the one over there. The broth is really tasty and the ramen is cooked perfectly. I suggest you add some more toppings on the side. Definitely worth all the wait.

This ramen shop used to be on street level and smaller, so the fact they have moved to a bigger (abeit underground) location means that they are doing well. The soup base of the ramen is the heart and soul of the experience, and boy it is especially good. There is a choice of his concentrated you want the soup to be, how hard the noodle you want it to be, etc. Very customizable. Free child bowl of ramen if you download their app to become a member. Clean, hygienic, with a self serve water bar with ice, cold or hot water. Only complaint and one star off was how incredibly small there portion was, and how tiny and incredibly thin the pork meat was in the standard order portion. I can easily imagine anyone hungry enough to need to eat 2 bowls in order to satisfy their stomach as well as their tastebuds.

They have the most flavor rich tonkotsu ramen i ever tasted. The service is fast. 5-10mins waiting time to be able to sit in the table. It is because there are many people eating there.

We liked Ichiran although it took more than 40 mins wait to be seated. The portion was small so highly recommended to order extra. Price wise, it’s not friendly in my opinion as it felt like having street food. And I believe it was too dark in TST store.

The best japanese ramen in the city. The broth is rich, full of flavors and the noodle is chewy which is also fully customizable to your liking with the order sheet they give you once you arrive. They open till late night so it's a good place to come if you are looking for a late night meal. I recommend you drop by if you have a chance.

This is my favorite to go place when I want Ramen. They have tables instead of the individual seats/station , so if you want to eat and savor the Ramen by yourself, then go to the Causeway Branch but if you are in a group and want to have a nice chat then go to this branch.

Located strategically within 200m walking distance of K11 mall and Hyatt Regency Hotel. The restaurant is spacious and provided with self service order vendor machine. Payment options such as credit card, e-wallet or by cash at the cashier counter. Less crowded at 3-5pm. Queue starts at 6pm. Ramen was made to your preference of strong or light soup taste, level of spiciness, amount of garlic and noodle tenderness. You may opt out spring onion at the order chit as well. Must try the matcha pudding if you have not taste it before! 🤭 Went twice during my 5days vacation in hk. 😊

Too expensive compare with quantity of meals. But not so much queue this branch. They have old style table (exam room) and big table if you come with large group. For the taste it same with Japan original branch.

Came here after years and it's still as good. I don't know why I stopped coming might be because of Covid. Will add to my regular spots again. One the amazing things about this place is that it's open 24 hours so ideal for a late night snack. Only thing I didn't like is that new ordering system which is a bit confusing and requires you to pay upfront.

We were looking for a nice Ramen and ended up here. Was fun ordering in the machine ended wrong but they were so nice to assist and an english speaker is also available. Choosing your Ramen choice taste was also fun. Less variety but the Ramen was good. It’s not the introvert place that I am expecting like in Japan😂 Was very good for a fast food but not really a fast food; seems complicated but not really complicated🤪

Food was just alright. No choices to choose from, you can only choose the topping. Staff was quick to provide utensils etc but food was quite slow to serve even though there was only one soup base. The soup was standard, maybe I should have gotten thicker soup. Overall, it wasn’t worth the wait

Perfect. Ate here twice while in HK. Tastes just like in Japan. Price is similar too. The first time I ate the solo booths were open. But the next time I visited, I had to eat at the common area even if I was alone. Queue is not bad even for lunch time.

I recently tried the ramen here and I have to say, it was one of the best I've ever had. Not only did it look great, but the taste was absolutely amazing. In fact, it's safe to say that this ramen has become the best I've ever had in the world. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. If you're a fan of ramen, I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed!

Really outstanding service and ramen worth the wait and money. Have to try ichiran once in your lifetime although I know it’s pricy but it’s really worth the spend. The broth is balanced between savoury and umami. The noodle is the soul love the thin noodles the signature is ichiran. You order first then they arrange you seating and give the order sheet to the staff inside then they will serve you very soon.

One of my favorite ramen place in town. Ramen is so delicious and authentic here.

Went for the experience, but at this location if you want the booth experience, you need to make reservations 24 hours in advance. I ordered the base noodles with the combo. I think next time I would skip the additional combo. The egg is also not marinated which was a bit disappointing. It was just a normal hard boiled egg. The base noodles came with a lot of the chashu already, and personally I thought the chashu that came in the base noodle tasted a bit better than the one from the combo (maybe because it was not warm)

Authentic Japanese ramen with pork broth. Always a queue outside but it’s totally worth the hype! If you don’t care about calories add rice - thank me later

Great bowl of ramen, love the soup. However, I didn’t give 5/5 as the ramen lacked a little bit of the umami when I went.

One word - Perfection. Simple Menu and they do it right. I know people say it’s over-hyped etc. But for a regular Ramen bowl they get everything right!

Came at 7+pm on a weekday and didn't have to wait long for my booth seat! authentic experience just like in Japan, though service is definitely more pleasant in Japan. Ramen tastes the same with rich broth, yummy!

Cool spot, fast and easy. You only get to choose 1 type of ramen, but you can customize it in many ways which creates variety.

Taste was good but the meat came with the standard bowl was not enough for a carnivore like me. So I ordered extra barbecue pork and veggies but then noodles were not enough. Ended up with an extra half portion of noodles ordered. It’s quite expensive in the end.

I came here for excellent ramen noodles based on reviews. It's expensive and completely overrated. Small portions of meat, large portions of what appear to be instant noodles, and double the price of other places nearby. HKD 95 for noodles and two thin slices of pork, and locally, HKD 40 for more meat, and better food. In fact the local place across the road and to the right with the meat hanging in the window is excellent.

Love this ramen place, taste is similar to original in Japan. They offer table that we can sit together while in Japan they have only alone small room. Price is a little higher than original. Not long line waiting but inside is always crowed. You can order extra noodle itself refill later. Free still water (self service).

Always a hit everytime I go! The ramen is as good as everyone hypes it to be! Definitely recommend getting an extra half or full noodle as for me, just the normal portion isn't enough and there is usually enough broth for the extra noodles!

🫤 This was my usual place to get pineapple bun with butter and Hong Kong style milk tea. With the pandemic, this was the first time I returned to Hong Kong after 4 years.
