Atmosphere was humid and hot. The Açai bowls are outrageously expensive, $15 for a large with barely any toppings. Would be $19 if you want strawberries and blueberries. Flavor was below average. Comparatively to other places, this is not worth it at all ! Majority of the bowl is granola which leaves you crunching and wondering if there’s any Açai. P.S no honey was added to the bowl and was partially frozen at the bottom.

No complaints here, been to this new location twice. Friendly staff when i went, great tasting bowls. They are a bit pricey, yes, but as a meal replacement i can understand; they do contain good ingredients, and quite cold! Worth a try if you're into something cold, healthy, and hungry.

A little piece of North Shore in the jungle that is Waikiki. Good vibes, delicious food and coffee, excellent staff. Gotta get the acai bowl and a bullet coffee - might as well grab a tshirt, hat, and/or stickers while your there too!

The workers here are just straight up rude. I went up to ask a question and the guy who works there just looked at me and walked off. The workers seem to not care about customer service and take their time walking around and talking with each other than making orders. I waited over 30 minutes for ONE açaí bowl and there were about 9 groups waiting behind me who also looked upset and tired of waiting around after I left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We had smoothies here and at the Waikiki location. They tasted similar. Pretty good smoothies.

Very rude workers, the bowls are not tasty and so pricey! There are many good places to buy Acai bowls in Hawaii, this one isn't. Tourists trap with a poor service.

My new go to at ala Moana! My favorite thing on their menu is the jungle matcha bowl! Love their other locations and now it’s so nice there’s a spot convenient in town!!

I ordered the regular acai bowl just to compare to island vintage and boy you can taste the difference. The base is more frozen and icier. The consistency only got better near the end when it melted. Even though the yellow decor and smiling sun encourages a happy environment, the guy who served me had no one inch of smile on his annoyed face. Okayyyy~~~~

Definitely a bit pricey. The price listed on the menu is for a “small” which is teeny and costs more to upgrade to what is most competitors “small”. Only comes with granola and bananas on the top, 2$ for extra berries and 3$ for protein. My total came out to $18! Good flavors but I probably would not go back. Tables are also sticky!

Love this place. One of the few healthy food options in Ala Moana shopping centre. The açai bowls are delicious. One of the reasons we felt compelled to write a review was because of the two gentlemen working there - PK and Jake. Both we extremely helpful and friendly.. some of the best customer service we’ve encountered on our trip. If your a tourist and you like Açai bowls, check this place out!

My favorite place to eat. The avo toast is the best. Only issue is that whenever the girls make it they barely put anything on it. When the boys are in the give great portion sizes. If I see the girls working in the back I eat somewhere else lol

We ordered the standard and thought it was very average. Might be an issue with the exact location/franchise so might try another Sunrise Shack next time but wouldn't return to this location. And to anyone saying acai bowls are health food...lol.

Worst acai bowl I’ve ever had and trust me I’ve had many. They charge you $2+ for every fruit option which is a joke. Acai tastes so artificial. Staff aren’t particularly friendly. Go to ALO Cafe Hawaii instead for açai.
