Update Aug 1, 2021 We had dinner delivered today to find the menu had changed. The food tastes much better than before. We really enjoyed it. Dumplings, noodles with some extra toppings, beef rolls, steam vegetables were great, except one of the house beef noodles didn’t come with the soup. So we added chili sauce to the noodle it tasted good but it is not the same. ———————————————— Older review Friendly and good service. They offer mung beans water I thought it was very healthy. Valet in the building. It is in the mechanical tower parking with the parking attendant. If you are in a hurry, it’s best to park somewhere flat and walk over.

We came here specifically for the pork dumplings and the hot and sour soup wontons and both did not disappoint. The pork dumplings had the fresh and thin skin (you can tell they're fresh and not the frozen ones) with a lightly sweet and spicy soup sauce. The wontons had the same thin and fresh skin where it did not break right away when you picked it up nor did it few like you're biting into a 5 inch thick skin. Both were cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a snack or just want to give these dumplings a try, I would suggest getting a side of the noodles. Goes great with the dumplings! We also got the scallion pancake wrapped beef - delicious and not too greasy like many other places. You can order and pay from your phone. In lieu of water, they give you a cup of green bean dessert soup (very light and cold) that pairs well with the food and cleanses your pallet. I've booked marked this spot to come again next time I visit!

Absolutely delicious noodle restaurant with fresh hand made noodles made in-house paired with a delicious broth and your choice of protein. For dine-in, they offer a beef rib that is absolutely delicious. Huge portion of noodles that are sure to fill you up. They also offer an unlimited refill of sweet green bean soup with ice which is awesome for only a dollar. Quick service via phone/website ordering at the table.

Absolutely delicious. I'm visiting from out of town and have already gone here three times because it's just so good! I highly recommend the chengdu zajiang noodles with pork and the pork dumplings!

Finally decided to give this place a try because of the beef tomato noodles poster on the window :) The restaurant itself is very high tech, you go in, scan QR code for the menu and place your order directly online. You can choose to either pay at the end or complete the transaction online. And then the waiters will come by to bring you the food. We ordered 2 noodles and 3 sides. My fav dish was the pork dumplings. The skin not too thin but thick enough so there's a chew to it. Generously portioned and lathered with their special sauce. It's not spicy but has a chili and sweet kick to it. The beef pancake roll was good too. The skin was flaky and crispy and the beef inside was tender enough and not over cooked to the point where it's dry and hard to chew. The pickled cucumber did not come as pictured on the menu and felt like it was pickled a tad tooo long where the cucumber doesn't really look fresh anymore. A tad more sour than what I thought it would be. Spare ribs noodle - we got the none spicy option from the menu (they had non-spicy, little spicy and very spicy) but even with non-spicy it came spicy. Waiter said the broth is already a spicy broth to begin with so even w non-spicy you should expect some. It's not too bad and as someone who can't really eat spicy food without milk nearby, this non-spicy level spicy was tolerable with water. The tomato beef noodles were decent. I wished the tomato taste was stronger. The beef was tender enough but not as tender as Lam's kitchen or Sandy's cafe. They also have three noodle choices and we picked the thick noodles for both. We ordered extra noodles (free) with each bowl but I am not sure why one bowl came with soup and the other didn't I will come back again just for the dumplings :)

Delicious! Just like Chengdu flavors but more noods and dumplings. The heat and spice was just enough without being overpowering.

Fast service. Deliciously addictive sichuan flavors! Will be back to try the other types of dumplings. Freshly made noodles is a must. Don't miss pumpkin rice cakes (try as appetizer rather than dessert). Best vegan mapo tofu ever! Go all the way with "very spicy" as it's tolerable compared to "Thai spicy". Best paired with house plum juice as it has a balanced sour, bitter, and smokey taste. Most uniquely different dessert is the ice jelly sundae-must try for the first time.

Super neat and clean restaurant with amazing food. The server with short hair is super nice and friendly. She introduced the popular dish for us, also walked us through the spicy level. Great experience here. Definitely gonna come back soon!

Ordered the House Beef Noodles (Little Spicy) with Extra Noodle (FREE). Good portion and very tasty but it was 🔥. The other dish was Sichuan Cold Noodle (None Spicy) with Extra Noodle (FREE) but even that was 🔥. So if you like your noodles 🔥then you should try it out. If not, go somewhere else. I would probably go back.

This was seriously the best food after a chilly night surf. I was craving Sichuan noodles all night and was so excited to pop in for dinner. The QR ordering system is genius - super easy and all phone orders at the same table get grouped together. Each order is clearly customizable and you can choose to pay now or later, online or through their staff. The food came out SUPER fast and the noodles and broth properly piping hot! I loved the Mala intestine sweet potato noodles - a spicy, tingly, and tart broth paired with chewy noodles and perfectly cooked intestine. The beef wrap was also delicious. The large beef noodles also came with a free additional order of wheat noodles which was nice. The only thing I wouldn't reorder this time was the braised pork which was less note worthy than the rest, but plenty of things on the menu are enticing for next time, like their dumplings, fried rice cakes, and dry noodles!

I've been coming to Mien for over four years, and it has been consistently fantastic. The food and appetizers are delicious, with a diverse menu. The service is super-friendly, making you feel truly welcome. The ambiance is pleasant and, most importantly, clean. Highly recommended for noodle lovers and a wonderful dining experience.
