This was my niece's first manicure and pedicure experience. The friendly staff made it a pleasant one for her. The free parking in front and the clean environment inside were bonuses. Lily's Nail Spa participates in the FIVE STARS Rewards Program, so, I'll be back with my other niece so I can earn a free manicure for myself soon!

Got gel halloween nails done. Even though I have really small nails (like I can fit the child size press-ons,) they worked really hard to get it like the inspo picture. The picture doesn't do it justice as it's sparkly and has fine details irl. I'm definitely coming back 😊

We were able to make an appointment for pedicures later the same day which was convenient. The team did a pretty good job with the pedicure, the scrubbing was a bit half hearted but the leg and foot massage was good. Polish could have been applied with a bit more detail. Overall this was like going to a dive bar. It's a good basic opinion, but not the "fancy" spa experience (for example, the massage chair fabric is ripped). But the team is nice and the price is reasonable. I would go back.

Always happy with Lily’s. Just found out there are ladies doing eyebrow threading. They are amazing! So happy I found them. Also love my nails.

Small and cosy nail salon, they did very well on my pedicure. They have 2 hour parking in their small lot but even if it’s full, the Ala Moana Parking Garage is conveniently right across the street. I had parked there since I didn’t know they had a small lot but it only took me 2 minutes to get from my spot on the second floor to Lilys salon.

I have been a regular customer for 4 yrs here & have been getting faded gel by the same nail tech for a few months cuz I tried all the other nail techs in the beginning & end up sticking with her cuz she was better but for 4th of July & my birthday I wanted to get the American flag 3 colors & I told her I don’t wana look simple but she ignored my request & when i tried to tell her few times she keep saying it’s gona look too much on your short nails but I told her my toes look very colorful, not my fingers then she said it’s your toes so it’s ok to go all out, which didn’t make sense to me, very disappointing, poor customer service & sad that I’m not going back there, maybe she’s not very good when it comes to short nail fancy design, so I immediately found another salon & they put crystals to make it more pop.

Lily's is such a gem!! They are so wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. Their service is wonderful and kind, and they have great attention to detail and to your comfort. My sisters and I got the sugar scrub pedicure and my one sister got the manicure and they all turned out beautiful. The scrub was very relaxing and the massage was on point. Would definitely come back here, great vibes, beautiful nails.

Tanner was so sweet and did a great job with my nails. The massage sje did while foing the manicure was superb! Super recommend her. Loved the design! Definitely recommend and will return 👌
