I’ve
been
going
to
kaizen
dental
for
several
years,
and
it’s
been
an
okay
place.
However,
my
experience
with
a
dental
implant
was
such
a
horrid
10
month
debacle,
I
could
never
recommend
this
place.
The
TLDR
is
no
one
ever
follows-up,
you
will
come
back
and
waste
your
time
because
they
will
make
appointments
and
not
tell
you
things
aren’t
ready.
Also,
they
never
have
consistent
staff,
so
the
hygienist
will
be
looking
for
items,
and
not
know
where
to
find
things.
Finally,
billing
will
be
a
nightmare
where
there
is
no
communication
and
you
keep
getting
charged
more.
While
the
initial
removal
was
fine,
problems
starting
building
once
I
was
scanned
and
they
created
the
implant
for
my
mouth.
They
recommended
I
come
back
in
three
months,
and
when
I
did
they
felt
it
needed
more
time
to
heal,
fair
enough.
No
one
called
me
back,
so
I
called
to
ask
when
to
come
in.
They
schedule
me,
I
show
up
and
they
said
my
implant
wasn’t
ready.
They
schedule
me
again,
they
attempt
to
fit
my
implant,
but
it
won’t
fit.
They
attempt
to
jam
it
into
my
mouth,
then
they
said
they’ll
just
adjust
things
but
not
need
to
numb
me.
Needless
to
say,
it
was
unbelievably
painful
as
I
didn’t
realize
they’d
cut
into
my
gum!
That
didn’t
even
help,
and
they
said
I’d
have
to
come
back
again
another
time
as
they
adjust
the
implant.
Again,
a
month
goes
by
and
no
one
calls,
I
follow-up,
and
they
schedule
me
and
the
implant
isn’t
even
ready
when
I
show
up.
The
next
time
it
is
ready,
after
I
once
again
have
to
call
to
see,
they
do
numb
me
(
which
I
wasn’t
anticipating
as
they
informed
me
it
just
be
a
seating
of
the
implant)
and
drill
bone
to
clear
overgrowth
(it
had
been
over
six
months
since
hardware
was
set),
it
still
doesn’t
fit.
Keep
in
mind
I’m
paying
for
parking
and
driving
into
downtown
multiple
times
several
times
for
no
reason
(staff
even
comment
they
feel
bad
I
keep
coming
for
no
reason.)
They
still
let
me
know,
they’ll
call
me
as
they
have
to
adjust
my
implant
and
will
call
when
it’s
ready,
and
no
contact.
So,
I
call
again,
and
am
surprised
they
ask
to
see
me
right
away.
I’m
jazzed
as
I
think
I’ll
finally
get
my
implant,
instead
someone
from
the
implant
company
comes
and
they
shows
why
it
wasn’t
seating,
but
still
no
implant
is
ready,
WTH.
Finally,
in
august
the
implant
is
successfully
placed
ten
months
after
the
process
started
and
5
months
after
it
was
supposed
to
be
originally
placed.
(10
months
with
a
hole
in
my
lower
jaw).
I
feel
things
would’ve
gone
more
smooth
from
the
beginning
if
they
didn’t
have
this
constant
rotation
of
new
people.
I
saw
four
different
hygienist
in
this
time
period,
and
each
time
they’d
be
fumbling
and
not
sure
where
things
are,
what
the
dentists
wants.
The
big
reason
being
they
scan
my
mouth
several
times,
and
since
it
was
someone
new
doing
it,
I
wonder
if
this
was
the
cause
of
the
issues.
This
was
a
terrible
experience
obviously,
but
I
thought,
okay,
I
just
won’t
come
here
again.
But,
then
the
billing
issues
came
up.
First,
I
was
rebilled
despite
everyone
saying
my
account
was
settled,
and
paying
everything
I
had
up
till
this
point.
I
called
and
they
said
it
was
an
error
and
would
clear.
Awhile
later
my
bill
is
still
there,
I
call
again,
and
they
said
they’d
look
into
it.
I
email
as
the
bill
hasn’t
cleared,
then
email
again.
No
one
follows-up,
when
I
finally
call
again
they
said
I
do
still
own
money,
and
explain
why,
but
what
was
billed
to
my
patient
portal
is
$500
more
than
what
they
said
I
even
owe.
I
could
forgive
some
of
the
issues
with
the
hardware,
people’s
mouths
are
weird,
equipment
doesn’t
always
work,
etc.
I’m
even
somewhat
sympathetic
to
the
constant
rotation
of
staff,
but
the
lack
of
contact
and
horrible
billing
is
really
the
straw
that
broke
the
camels
back.
I
wouldn’t
avoid
this
place,
I’d
run
from
it.
