I was given a quick and effective remedy for my missing front tooth and a follow up consultation with their in-house team for an implant. Clean office, free parking, short wait times, friendly staff. Will be using them as my regular dentist from now on!

Dr. Alan Mitsunaga has been my dentist for about 25 years, Dr. Alan is a great dentist! He's very concerned about my comfort and pain. Dr. Alan is a very Professional dentist and cares. No matter what the issue is , I have been going to Dr. Alan without any concerns or fear of pain. I actually look forward to going the the dentist , but only with Hawaii Family Dental Honolulu 7. Dr. Alan's most recent assistant Leilani is also very concerned about my comfort. 8. Hawaii Family Dental Honolulu has given me excellent referrals to services that they did not provide, that has the same standards of friendly and professional services. 9. They take care my insurance and all the paper work.

From check-in to check-out, I had a great experience at this office. The front staff was very friendly and efficient with the whole process. So I recently had a dental emergency and Dr Bono and her assistant Cedric were able to see me right away and they literally saved my smile. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Bono referred me to the oral surgeon. I was nervous but Dr Sterling and his assistants Dee and Cat made sure I understood what was going to happen during and after the surgery so by the end of it I was calm and assured of what to expect. I feel welcomed and well attended at Hawai'i Family Dental. The receptionists greet me, are thorough, and answer all of my questions. The hygienist was amazingly gentle and informative for my cleaning. And the dentist was completely thorough and gave me many options for my treatment plan. Clean office, relaxing ambience.

The hygienist I had (Laura) was so nice. I was pretty nervous but she made me feel comfortable. Talked me through everything that she did and answered the questions I had. She’s great!

Really, no pain! Yes, my lips and jowl are still feeling drugged 22 hours later. I was numb to my ears. I'm fine and already learned the trick of eating spaghetti and cheese with wine on one side of my mouth. Dr. Sterling was really patient with me and my nasal congestion. I managed to breathe and got an extraction and implant in about 30 minutes. I'd already had one implant done and have no problems. Yeah, drooling in the chair with jackhammer sounds and cracking teeth, not fun, but over pretty fast.

I made an appointment online due to tooth problem and I got a response by phone right away. I forgot her name but very professional and thorough, since I needed a Saturday she was able to schedule me at Honolulu location. I got a reminder which is great. My experience at this location was superb. From front desk medical assistant Chelsey and D who did my xray and lastly Dr. Isaac Hong who checked my tooth problem are all professional,efficient and you could feel that they do care for their patients. Impressive clinic very organized and clean. I wish on my next appointment at Aiea which Chelsey made appointment since she remember it was close to my place, I could also say the same thing that I experienced at Honolulu. Wait for my next review 😁

Hawaii Family Dental Honolulu has an, Outstanding Office, Terrific Team and Talented Technicians. I have gone through an entire tooth removal, implant process and examination with Brett Sterling's team of talented and caring staff. I have been treated by many dental offices in my 66 years of life, but and have never been treated so well by so many talented Employees and professional.
