👍👍 Amazing poke, pay by the plate or by the weight. I stopped by here because it's next door to Itchy Butt Korean Fried Chicken. I had the famous "Ono Seafood Poke" the day before and was underwhelmed to say the least. This poke here put all my faith back into the fact that Oahu does poke best. I go... People often mention poke, spicy, great,

Amazing poke, pay by the plate or by the weight. I stopped by here because it's next door to Itchy Butt Korean Fried Chicken. I had the famous "Ono Seafood Poke" the day before and was underwhelmed to say the least. This poke here put all my faith back into the fact that Oahu does poke best. I got 5 different kinds that day (sorry, I did not get photos of the shoyu poke, which actually was my favorite, or the spicy salmon, which looks just like the mayonaisey spicy ahi pictured below). The one covered in masago was amazing. Every piece of tuna was glistening with the roe. And by every piece I mean all the poke here is cut into cubes for texture. You won't find mashed up ahi or salmon here. They were out of yellowtail so I was bummed out. The spicy ahi was rich and creamy, but not too spicy to take away from the real flavor. You can always add more with condiments. The tako (octopus) was cut thin and cooked perfectly. It had the snap and texture well prepared tako deserves. I got the Hawaiian style, which includes some "ogo" limu. The limu texture really makes the tako pop even more, similar to how the masago reacts with the tuna. Lastly, the shoyu ahi is most likely their most popular, because there were two tubs of it. White onion, and bite sized cubes of fresh ahi marinated in the shoyu sauce was my favorite. Each piece was so fresh, so flavorful, slightly sweet and salty, with the bite of onion to balance it...oooof. I literally finished over a pound of poke and a huge bowl of rice and couldn't eat for the rest of the day. My fave.

Best poke and sashimi we had during our trip. Such great quality fish and extremely fresh. While everything was delicious, the ahi sashimi was the star of the meal. Would recommend getting their seafood over the pork dishes. Fair prices for the quantity; take-out only. The staff were very friendly too!

This place looks like an absolute dump.. but the Salmon belly plate was really good. The poke was tasty too. Don't let the outside fool you. Bonus: you can browse the pawn shop across the street while you wait for it to be made.

So, it was a bit too far to walk this time but for those nervous about Uber eats picking it up.. it was great. Poke was still cold, rice still warm. I ordered the Hawaiian style 1/2lb, the spicy ahi 1/2lb, 1/4lb spicy salmon and two orders of rice (one not pictured). Delicious poke. The spicy is probably my favorite, although it's not as spicy as some places, it hit the spot and is delicious. The price for what you get is good. Plus, ordering separately, the rice doesn't heat the fish up much even being in the same bag, so don't worry about hot fish.

This is a true “local gem”! I ordered the salmon belly plate with the ahi poke. The quality is amazing! The belly is cooked perfectly: juicy with a perfect crispy outside and great flavor. The poke is also superb. I ordered a poke bowl and a sashimi plate with Ahi, Salmon, and Tako. Melts in your mouth. I highly recommend this place to visitors and locals.

My go-to poke and sashimi take out store, with local Filipino vibe. Super fresh and fair prices. Pro tip: my favorite is the combo salad poke. Usually comes with 2 choices of poke but ask to add a 3rd choice and make it a trio of the best poke you ever tasted!
