The place is shared as a coffee shop in the morning, and by 11am it's a taqueria. I was confused at first as I wasn't sure if this was the right place. There's free parking in the back but limited spots. The birria taco shell is more on the crunchy side. So if you like crunchy or crisp, this type of texture is the place for you. The crunchy shell was still able to absorb the consomme. The beef was tender, and the cheese was melted at the bottom. Nonetheless, it was very tasty.

Best Birria on Oahu that I have had so far. The consommé was so flavorful and not greasy like some can be and the meat is so flavorful. The salsa is so fresh and yummy. I loved it so much I went back after work to treat my family with the combo plates. Update, my co-workers and ordered online for pick up. The flavor was still good, but they don’t give you as much consommé as they did in the past, and they messed up our order. We paid for extra salsa, (didn’t receive it) no Cilantro on one order and no onions on another, we just got regular orders. I would give it 3 stars with this visit. Things have changed.

Birria tacos & a tostada is what I had. It was really good! Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a place in Hawaii that has really good flavorful Spanish food like real Spanish food. However, this was still really good and I did enjoy this a lot

We are tourists here and we expect different experiences when we travel. At the front desk, she asked for dine-in or to go and I said, but they served the food like it was too and even though we did not order a drink, they did not provide even a simple glass of water. The food itself did not have any taste or specialty we just ate it because we were hungry. Our whole experience is a waste of time and money. I write this to let the manager know and fix these issues.

The Birria Bahn Mi was delicious! Will definitely spend my lunch hour here more often.

Ok. This place deserves a Michelin star. Vietnamese meets French meets Latin. My soul was deeply touched as I devoured my meal. Tacos: crunchy corn tortilla fried in some deliciousness filled with simmered brisket, melted pull apart cheese, and standard toppings. Each bite had a crunch and juice dripping. Banh mi: generous portion of the seasoned tender brisket. Cucumber, radish and carrots slaw with a French twist: au ju dip. I see them opening a place in Waikiki and becoming a hot spot. Thanks guys for an amazing meal!

There was barely any taste in the tacos and the esquites I ordered and I found a hair in one of my tacos. Will never come back
