I personally love this Theater. I am excited all day knowing I will be seeing a movie here.

The theater was so cool. The seats are so awesome. They have kiosk to print your tickets that you purchased online. They have normal fastfood but kind of over priced from the average price.

My kids and I really love coming here, either going to the movies *a little expensive, or going to Dave and Busters *pricing not too bad. The area is clean and the foot traffic is not too heavy. It's close to a lot of other places like shopping and eateries.

It's just a typical outdoor mall; however it has the best Nordstrom Rack I've ever been in.

Wish Kauai had a cinema like Wards. Sound and picture quality great. Reclining seats awesome.

*Very ugly services & unpleasant* 8/18/23 Friday at 11am lunch. This is the 2nd time, I came to share again w/another friend's birthday. But unfortunately we encountered a "mix Asian short lady server" & she gave us a hard time + super unpleasant services and the manager didn't even want to come out, meeting Us to hear about our complaint. 😔 Definitely it's very different from the first time services. Plus, Hosts serve-staff saying he's busy in the kitchen & he keeps us waiting more than 30 minutes, mgr just doesn't want to come out. Plus, I try to look for him no-where being found. *** 8/15/23 - 5:30pm dinner - This time is not like the first time at all with "Mr. Camilo" he has very good customer service !!! 🤩😄 They told us he was off that day.😭 😔*** PS: Your Buca lady server gave us a very bad table inside a super crowded room & very hot 🥵 & No air conditioning either. We don't want to Catch cov-19 sick 😷 people in there. She told us other air conditioning rooms are not available for us. I do not believe her because I see many other rooms IS empty. We don't want to spend our 💰, obvious that lady server making clearly at "a Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant " is Not Welcome Our Business 😔 !!!! Afterwards we left and went to Red Lobster instead. We had a great time there 🥳😄 😁 !!!

Very comfortable seats and very willing to help even after I bought tickets for the wrong theater! Friendly staff and great seats.the serve a good selection of food and drinks.

Mahalo Tuesday is the day to go to the movies because all day long, movies are $7 & up to $10 if reserved seating or 3D. The concession stand offers the standard hot dogs & dry popcorn but it also has hot treats with a Hawai`ian twist! It's almost worth it to go there just to eat... almost (prices are crazy expensive = airport prices). Seats are comfy, back rocks back a bit, & the arms go up so it's easier to snuggle during scary flicks.
