“The One” burger is OMG! The best Wagyu burger I’ve ever had! They can improve a bit on the bun though, it tastes sweet and doesn’t really go with the rest of the ingredients. Overall I was really impressed by this hidden burger joint, even though the decoration looks like an old Korean BBQ, it won’t stop me from coming back and check out everything else on the menu.

Sorry guys, but I can't recommend the "One Burger". But the double cheeseburger is amazing, totally recommend. So juicy. Almost too big. The fries were crispy and flavorful.

One of the most ono smash burgers on the island. It’s well seasoned and perfectly crispy!

Wow! Came here and was not disappointed. Got the Wagyu Cheeseburger (double patties) with a basket of Crinkle Cut Fries. I have not had a more fresh and juicy burger longer than I can remember. My first bite and already had burger juices running down both hands. The patties were cooked perfectly, no pink centers and crispy edges 🤙. The burgers were very favorable. Their sauce is like allot of places, ketchup types with some secret ingredients and tiny chopped pieces of raw onions with a slice of good ol' American cheese top it off. I was thinking I would double the cheese but I did not want to take away any of the Wagyu flavor of the burger. If you have never tried Wagyu I would highly recommend this burger. It has a slightly different taste (better in my opinion) than regular ground beef. The bun was a brioche style, slightly warmed up and a little hint of sweetness and lightly toasted on the inside. The crinkle cut fries were hot, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I can't think I have ever had fries this good. They stayed warm in the basket until I had finished my burger. As we were the first people in the place, the service was fast and friendly while checking up every 10-15 to make sure everything was ok. All in all, I have not eaten a better burger than here. I highly recommend this place if you are a burger enthusiast or if this will be your first time having a smash burger. Parking was free and reserved underground, just look for the poles that say Restaurant and park in those stalls.

It's a decent cheeseburger that's trying too hard. The burger meat is delicious on its own. But when put together with all the burger fixings, the burger meat gets lost. They're using Wagyu beef, so you should really taste the beef. The burger was cooked properly, and fries were delicious. Limited menu, and I believe they have parking in building or nab a street stall.

My partner and i shared The One, The Kaheka Smash, The Egg and Bacon (i think a special of the day) burgers, and asked for the Loaded Fries (hot and freshly fried crinkle cut fries topped with their special sauce, bacon tomato jam, and juicy, sweet diced onions). All were super good! The burgers were juicy, tasty, and not oily or fatty. The fixings complemented the meat and fries and did not over power. The Loaded Fries were not greasy but instead crisp and tasty. The service was very friendly and fast. The establishment was very clean and relaxed. Plus, free parking! We highly recommend Carl OG3, an eatery you can tell takes pride and care in their food and service!

Came back to try the other two burgers. The Portuguese mix patty is not worth the money to be. Can’t really taste any Portuguese sausage flavor. The classic cheeseburger on the other hand is a good cheese burger. They both came out fast, probably since the patty’s are thinner so they cook faster. Personally “The One” burger is the best, worth the money, and worth the wait. Still fast and good service.

I should’ve taken pictures before we devoured our burgers! Seriously one of the best burgers on Oahu. Very unique and this place is definitely underrated!!!
