Fook Lam. Showed up early to avoid the dim sum rush, showed our vax cards, service was attentive, trays and carts came around frequently. Tea tasted amazing. Atmosphere was not packed but seemingly steady pace and tabled filled fast. Some of my favorites are the look fun (shrimp and beef), chicken feet was deep in flavor and spices, gelatinous yet tender and sticky. deep fried mochi with meat is a MUST. (Hardly noticeable in pictures) and shrimp wonton, yeah everything was tasty! Least favorite were the soup dumplings, might’ve been my taste honestly, but the broth wasn’t working for me. It’s always an experience to eat dim sum. I respect the aunties very much.

We had a craving for dim sum and locals recommended this restaurant. The service was excellent. The dim sum was good. The chicken feet was in one of the best tasting sauces ever. Meaty feet with plenty of sauce. The beef balls, siu mai (pork hash), ha gow, and steamed peanut and chives dumpling were all done well. It was just my partner and I so we did not order too much. Definitely worth coming here if you have a dim sum craving. The tea was also hot and good.

Quick and delicious with a great variety of dishes! We were sat right away at 9:30am on a Sunday and had a full table of food within about 1 minute of sitting. The XLB was some of the best I've ever had and all the usual suspects were fantastic! Definitely recommend.

This used to be our best Dimsum place before 2020, pandemic time. Food is still tested great 👍 but the price is much higher. Suggest to go after 11am. Less chance to get the leftover Dimsum from reheating 😋

Came here for dim sum and was pleasantly surprise how good the food was. It was a group of 7 of us and we were well accommodated. We order a bunch of dim sum dishes that you would normally see at restaurant and the food was pretty good. I alway judge a dim sum restaurant by how they make the chicken feet is and at Fook Lam, it was pretty good. Although the food is good, it is a bit overpriced for me. Each dish was more than 4$ and the serving size was not the greatest. I hope the owner sees this review and make some changes if they want to grow.

Fast service. Not in the style most Americans are used to but Chinese-style, fast and efficient. Hot tea at your table within 2 minutes of walking in. Hot dim sum the way it should be served. You know it's legit by the groups of old Chinese men socializing on the tables on the river outside and the Chinese being spoken by local diners inside. Food is what you expect, quality. Take your stamped ticket to the cashier when your ready to cash out. No waiting for your hostess who may be on a cigarette break. Highest marks from me. PS: We ordered the look fun rice noodle with dry scallop, steamed spare ribs ❤, shumai, hargow, and pork hash.

I have tried dim sum at several restaurants in this China Town. This is the best dim sum of all. They serve mostly locals and have the real dim sum, by pushing the little buggies around. The food also has the best flavor of all. While the lady servers are not the friendliest of all, that is not an issue for me. The little steamed buns (小籠包) is the best I have had for a very long time! Note that the restaurant decoration is just OK. If you want nicely decorated restaurants, you may prefer somewhere else.

This is our new fave place for dim sum. They have the Chinese fried donut (you tiao). Service was quick and friendly staff. The har gow that we got that day the shrimp smell but didn’t want to make a fuzz so we didn’t even bother taking it home. Everything else was delish. Next time I will try the Chinese pizza not sure that is but try it.

In my humble opinion, best dim sum spot on island of oahu. Fresh selection of dim sum ranging from chicken feet, ha gow, siu mai, char siu baos of course. Ladies are always quick to bring out the newest items so don't hesitate cuz they will sell out quick. If you're not feeling it, just politely say no thank u and they'll move on to the next table. Best xiao long baos. Aka 'soup dumplings' Order this first when u get there cuz sometimes it takes a few minutes.

Their dumplings are so-so… but their “Chicken Bun” was pretty good!! I like Xiaolongbao but it’s hard to find a place where has a good Xiaolongbao in Hawaii, so sad. Their Xiaolongbao is not so bad in Hawaii, that’s why I come here.

The dim sum was just okay. Nothing great. My son likes the pineapple bread. The chicken feet was good. The roast pork bun, congee, shrimp chive dumplings, egg tarts and tripe were not good. I have had better ones elsewhere.

Best dim sum in Honolulu! Fresh, hot and lots of variety. Severs were efficient and friendly. Can't wait to bring my parents here when they come to visit.

Service was quick and nice but the taste was pretty average unfortunately. Not up to par to Canada, Vancouver’s or Toronto’s standards. Charsiu bao’s mantou and meat ratio was not proportioned; tofu flower was on the bland side but century porridge had generous pork amount and egg tarts were flaky and tasted very buttery. The rest was okay; sizes were not very generous.

Pretty good dim sum and service! Enjoyed seeing the dim sum hawkers with the carts and carrying the trays to the table! Dim sum was fresh and hot! They dim sum staples like siu mai, hargow, chicken feet, chives and chicken wrap, bean curd wrappers, etc. Their chow fun and noodles are good! Parking was good at the cultural plaza!

They were very quick in service! The textures were amazing and it was a very cute restaurant too. They also provide a wonderful jasmine tea. If you stop in Honolulu China town, this is a must-go to!

Extremely disappointed as all the dim sum ordered was being served cold/room temp. Generally very good svc, and dim sum are steaming hot as we are "frequent buyer/regulars here". However, upon deciding to move past the room temp dim sum, we asked if the Gin Dui was hot? Yes! Fresh, just came out states waitress! In actuality she flat out lied, as remember they recv compensation on every order they personally stamp on your check. And all she cared about was getting her stamp!

I was there today, the waiting time was a little bit longer than expected, it was about 45 mins. The Dim Sum was tasty and good. Many choices to choose from. Service was good too.

My family came to Honolulu from Kona looking forward to this meal and it didn’t disappoint. The taste is authentic. Very delicious. The service was very fast. The egg tart tasted just like the flavor in Taiwan. The chicken feet was so good. We left satisfied and stuffed.

Great dim sum. All the food comes piping hot and pretty fast. Everything we ordered tasted great, and we ordered a lot. My especially love the mango pudding. Service was fast and friendly. Didn't have to wait too long, but it was a Thursday at 11. The prices were very reasonable as well.

Clean, friendly authentic seafood dining, special respect was a bit shy, but everyone was wearing masks. Asia is different on spacial distance respect. Us westerners are more aware of our bubble, its bigger as were not super overpopulated as the east is. Its called birth control. But a anyways, it's a fine experience otherwise.
