My Hai Nam Chicken Rice is so different from other place.... rice so white don't taste any Hai Nam Chicken booth and Chicken so dried and only come with one sauce (original 3 sauce) but my husband special combo rice was better than mine lunch. The price for the Hai Nam not worth it price for it.

Went there to have a late lunch so the place was fairly empty. I hadn't eaten there in a while and was curious to see if the food was as good as I remembered. I ordered the bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) and man, was that a good choice! Noodles with tender chunks of beef, thin slices of Vietnamese ham mixed with fresh mint, shredded cabbage, sliced jalapeños and lemon juice was just amazing, but the star of that dish was the incredibly fragrant and complex broth. So well balanced with lemongrass, cilantro and tons of umami and not overly spicy. Planning on going back soon.

A Vietnamese restaurant nonetheless, fuel prices were a bit high but the food was delicious. The Family Bowl can feed a family of three or four but the soup was very sweet. The Vietnamese sandwich cost at $12 but was a healthy portion. I'll have to go back and try the pho

Very authentic, its one of the best ive had in hawaii. Price is abit high for the premium pho with ribs, but well worth it.

We ordered banh xeo, beef pho, and bun rieu. It was all very good. The portions were big and the servers were friendly. Parking was also not difficult at all (and it was free).

I had a very nice meal at this lovely restaurant. The staff was very friendly. I ordered the vegeterian rice roll for my appetizer and a vermicelli bowl with grilled tofu and fresh veggies for my entrée. Both were delicious! Service was quick and portions were very generous.

Best pho and spicy beef noodle soup hands down in Hawaii! We’re from Portland OR, and our Vietnamese restaurants are amazing so it’s saying a lot that we love this place! Shrimp patty spring rolls are so mouthwatering! Also if you love Vietnamese coffee do yourself a favor get one!

Beautiful decor, amazing service- my water was never empty- and the food was delicious. The pho tasted amazing as did the spring rolls we ordered for the table.

We decided to try this establishment. It was a fantastic decision. First off, let me say the staff was phenomenal. I can only assume Henry is the owner, and the entire time we were here, he was going around from table to table talking to the patrons, and he is such a nice man. The food, oh dear Lord, was absolutely fabulous. Multiple flavors burst forth in your mouth with every bite. The rice, the beef, the broth, the shrimp, the spring rolls, and the pork were all incredibly delicious. The portion sizes are very large, too, and we weren't expecting that, and so we were too full to attempt desert because we just couldn't stop eating our main courses. The pomegranate tea was one of the best teas I've had the pleasure of drinking and would have to say it's a must try. Be prepared to have a hard time hearing because it can be a little noisy, but the atmosphere is very nice. This is a must eat at establishment.

I ate pho tandem for $19 at Saigon Pho restaurant, which seemed a lot compared to some of the other Vietnamese restaurants in Chinatown. However, the Vietnamese restaurants in Chinatown have small, medium, and large pho. But, there is only one size at Saigon Pho restaurant and that is large only and they do give a lot. I was barely able to finish my bowl of pho noodle soup and it was good. I came with my aunty & uncle and they had to share their pho noodle soup as it was too much for them to eat it all alone.

The food was really delicious, but during the lunch hour the parking was horrendous. Avoid the meal crowds because the parking lot is limited, and people don't know how to park within their stall. The lot person is irritating because he wants you to park where he tells you, even if your car can barely fit because of the other cars parked on the line. Parking is the negative here.

The aroma of basil fills the air. The dining area accommodates more seating than the average resturant in Honolulu. The Pho warmed me up and was authentic. An older man who worked there explained ther Pho is slowly made over a dozen hours. The Broth contained a depth of flavor I've come to expect from Pho after living in Houston's China Town district. It took two or three attempts for my friend to get extra table service but I wouldn't hold that against this place. But it's an opportunity to make the place even better. Thank you for upholding and preserving the authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine.

Nice, new place. The pho & summer rolls r ono. Portions r manini, few add-on choices & overpriced. No bowl size options. Parking (typical anywhere on O'ahu) is arduous at best, especially during lunchtime. Glad we tried PS but odds of returning are very minute.
