Normally I really enjoy this place but we are in a pandemic right now and why does the worker feel it is okay to walk around without a face mask and help customers? I mean it is very obvious everyone else there is wearing a mask and the other worker is wearing a mask, why doesn't he need to be wearing one, on top of that he is helping customers there. If he cannot wear a face mask then he shouldn't be working with customers. This is really disappointing. Normally I love taking my kids here but this just made it very award.

Most friendly staff and the energy is off the chart. Kyle's philosophy is to help people leave with a smile and have great fun, much mahalo. I had some great luck here! Hope you do too!

Confirmed that an employee found server book, with my cash in it and it would be safe in the office. I went to pick it up and somebody had stolen ALL of my money. Obviously someone who had access to the office.

Nice distraction for a going kid, but with most games costing about a dollar or two the fun doesn't last long. Kind of like a more expensive version of Chuck-e-Cheese.

Spent a good amount of money because it was so much fun!! Played bc of the claw machines-honestly the big one is worth it more. Its not one thats more payout based but rather skill because it will pick up the item and carry it a little then drop rather than just being weak in general. So its more skill based to get it closer or in the shute. The staff are so nice also they are willing to work with you, we asked for help because we had dead zoned an item and they put it back to where it was get able

Nice, small arcade to let the kids (or yourself) get some energy out. Plenty of claw/crane machines — large, medium, and small plushies. Tickets from games are all loaded to a card automatically. Recommend the VIP card if you can swing it because then the games themselves are less credits per play. Either way is a fun little drop off for yourself/group. It was not crowded at all either of the times we went and the staff were helpful and kind.

It's a very fun and fun place. I have one question for you. I have a ticket obtained by playing the game. Can you exchange this ticket for tokens? I was exchanged for toys and snacks with my ticket. I don't have a toy I want to change anymore. I really want to play games. If you can exchange tickets for tokens, how many tokens can you exchange for 1000 tickets?

Lots of errors across the games when we visited, including error codes when trying to list out remaining token balances. We still had fun though, and were able to spend a whole 3 tickets on a plastic pink mustache! It was goofy and got plenty of surprised looks throughout the rest of the mall

Went to go play dance dance revolution and the pads were pretty slippery. Usually a good set of regular players that frequent the pads. Pretty good customer although last time I was there the machines to refill the card was out of order and they would only accept cash at the register.

Whenever my family is at Ala Moana, my daughter HAS TO visit this place. She doesn't know any better because she has special needs. She has fun playing games, mostly Willy Wonka. We play A LOT! But whenever we need help when the machine runs out of coins or cards, which is often, the workers do not hide how irritated they are to help. If not for my daughter, I wouldn't come to this place.

This is a quick small place to take your kids that are 8 years and younger!!! The staff was friendly and helpful!!! If you’re into winning stuffed animals in those claw games this a place for you!!! Again, this location is small but can tucker out the little ones and give them some inside fun activities!!!

Maybe I just played the wrong games, but 80 credits ($20) got me less than 10 plays on various games, and doing well at the willy Wonka game got me only 4 tickets

E X P E N S I V E ... Kid's had a blast though. Super sketchy that they have signs up saying their debit machines aren't working, but then they take cash without mentioning tax or anything.

Great place to spend time with kids. Lots of fun games and many games earn you tickets to exchange for a gift.

Amazing service! Thank you to Tara and Kelsie for truly making our experience a delight!! Next time I am back in Hawaii I will make sure to bring my family, not only for the fun but for the awesome customer service! Thanks again!

Overpriced and waste of money. The games were not even fun. You're better off taking your kids to Chuck e Cheese.

For an American arcade, it reminds me of many of the arcades I grew up in when I was living in the Philippines, it's on the smaller sided but still have a lot of the must have machines that Asian arcades have. You have DDR, Some shooter games, Racing Games, and a VR set for Beat Saber. All they really need left are fighting games.

Games were fun, but it was excessively overpriced and not easy to get tickets. Prizes are low quality, and too expensive for what you get. Talk about customer service. I got a 4 port usb pod as a prize and come to find out it didn’t work. I took it back the next day for a replacement, and the employee took it back and changed it. I asked him if he could test it before I took it home, because I didn’t want to have a repeat of the day before. He took it to the back and “tested it” and said it worked. I took it home and it now doesn’t work on multiple outlets. Now I’m wondering if all of those 4 port usb pods don’t work and they still continue to sell them to their costumers. I DO NOT recommend this place and there are so many better arcades on the island and use your money there.

We had alot of fun here!! The games are great but the prizes could be cheaper! We spent 50 bucks and only got a trick comb, a piece of candy and a tiny plastic trash can, but it was still a good time!!

Amazing little arcade, highlight was a simple animatronic band, something you don't see much these days but very welcome

It was amazing, and most of the games gave you lots of tickets, but if you are not good at grabber arm games, I recommend that you do not do it because those things require pro skills. Overall, it was pretty good.

///Updated/// Jungle Fun, specially Rynell Shauf (Marketing Manager), did a great job clarifying the bad info initially provided by the on‐site manager. The initial concern was grandpa put $50 on my niece's "VIP" card just prior to the whole COVID mess. My sis recently noticed the back of the card says "credits loaded on this card will be forfeited if not used within 12 months." I called Jungle Fun and spoke to the on-site manager who told me Jungle Fun's corporate office would not extend cards due to the pandemic, since their facility was only closed for a total of 3 months. I initially posted a negative review and Mr. Shauf quickly reached out to clarify. The language on the back in question only pertains to promotional cards. My niece is thrilled to know she still has $48.50 on her card and it won't expire. Mahalo Mr. Shauf!!!

Fun arcades! Kids easily went through a VIP cars with $50 loaded on it. If you love Beat Saber, maybe load $100, ahaha

I love this place jungle fun island. They were a lot of arcade games to play, I played a lot of arcade games there like virtual rabbids , Jurassic park arcade, KC cobra and maximum tune 5 arcade. Surprisingly fun and well maintained. There were a good variety of games, from claw machines to rhythm games. The place felt safe. I do wish there were more arcade type games or a pinball machine.

My son & I had a great time @ Jungle Fun (Ala Moana Ctr.) on Saturday, April 17, 2021. He (we) played a good variety of different games. He even won 500 Bonus tickets on the Big Screen Space Invaders Game! What a treat that was for him. He had a total of 940 tickets! We used to usually only have less than a 100 tickets in the past. Where he could only get the small cheap little plastic toy items in the front case or little candies. I'm so happy that we got to spend @ least 2 hrs there! We Had So Much Fun Together!! Thank You to the wonderful workers @ the counter they all made us feel so welcomed & gave us Great Customer Service!!
