A local favorite. The burgers are made to order, very juicy, and made fresh. They have their own special sauce in the burgers which reminds me of chick fil a sauce but not as sweet, it compliments the burgers well. I’d recommend swapping your basic French fries for their onion rings bc they are amazing! Chocolate Haupia shake is where it’s at. As far as burger joints go this is definitely in the top running.

I wasn't aware that I could order a raw burger till I started eating it. Thanks for the offer I didn't notice until I had walked away from the counter and it was too late. It was my fault for not noticing the sign on the counter. If anything try to help others and thank you very much. You will be getting 5 star for being a good business person

Amazing burgers, even more amazing staff. I went to this location on my 21st birthday for lunch. The food was great, and the service provided by the cashier, Amber, was exemplary. It was a highlight of my day. Highly recommend coming here if you are in the area!

DI NOT EAT HERE. Cooked the same Burger wrong twice, I was there on a tour bus and the bus left before they could fix it again. Im allergic to onion and garlic so not an option to just eat it anyway. They Did not give a refund. Asked for no seasoning and no onions got both the first time and seasoning the second time. Tater tots were burnt and incredibly overdone. Front desk staff was unwilling or unable to correct things. The bar apparently had spoiled ingredients in the drink. Bartender threw out the container, and the glass contents and started over and did not rinse the glasses or start with new glasses.

The burgers and fries ALWAYS hit the spot, so good! Plus, this location has always been super fast for me... and the cashier today, Long, was so friendly and welcoming!

Burgers were good, but the staff messed up a few of our orders. The Kaneohe is my favorite. Maybe they are not used to 8 people groups... I prefer the Aeia location over this one. It has better service and a bar.

Freshly prepared food, only had the single burger but it was massive and came with a large amount of fries that were delicious. Also got the onion rings with another meal and they were great and the meal came with a lot! Burgers were amazing.

This is what 20$ gets you. Cold soggy fries & a cold burger. Definitely not worth twenty dollars. Teddy's is operated by imcompitwnt children, literal teenagers cook, & work at all of teddy's locations.

Pro Tip: Come Hungry. Got a single done Waikiki style and subbed onion rings instead of fries ($2 extra). Massive burger and generous portion of onion rings. Definitely recommend for sit-down quality food in a fast food joint.

Burgers tasted fresh, the restaurant area was clean, and the service was good. I enjoyed my single 1/3 lb burger with fries. Every time I come back to HI, I have to get me some Teddy’s!

This Teddy's next to the university is one of the nicest around plenty of parking. But Teddy's is just an upscale fast food place so the word Ambiance doesn't necessarily apply it is clean there are nice seats and there's some outdoor seating as well and the location is very pleasant oh you can't beat Teddy's burgers they're great they're big and if you keep your eyes open you can get these 50% off coupons by Aloha Friday from the paper and they'll come to you by email and you can buy them you don't get a lot every year but it's enough to really make it special still we're talking about burgers that are 13 dollars or $15 so this is not a McDonald's burger. If you're trying to save money if you don't have it then it's a little bit like paying for a restaurant Burger in a lower scale restaurant your choice. They really are good

Ok location. BEST BURGERS EVER. Did not seee that coming. Highly recommend. I was feeling nauseous at the thought of a burger but my husbaand and boys out voted me and ended up eating half my husbandss on top of the stupid ssalad i got . They were literally the best burger i haaave had ever. Wow.

I ordered their Volcano burger combo with onion rings and drink. I was very disappointed at the burger because it felt like that is too much going on in the burger and my mouth was confused what to taste. Also the burger sauce is too much. Onion rings were okay.

I had the teri burger and at almost $10 it’s on the expensive side. I did enjoy my burger, though it was a bit soggy. The taste was good; usually teriyaki burgers are just too sweet. The fixings were also just right. I’m so used to having a burger that’s not “wet” so when my medium cooked teriyaki sauced burger was in front of me it threw me off a bit. I’d try their other burgers in the future but having it cooked medium well and going with a more traditional burger without the sauce.

It was my first time here. I want to specifically discuss two things, the quality of the burger and one of the workers named Rain. 1. The taste, quality, and size of the burger was great. It has been a while since I have had such a fresh burger that was also this large. Many options to include the fineness of the burger. 2. Rain, who took my order exemplified great customer service. When he discovered that it was my first time, he made sure to include a great explanation on the menu and options available. His positive attitude, customer service and seemingly love of the job really made my visit here memorable. I like be to see people put passion into their job. In between serving customers, he continued to clean the restaurant, ensuring a pleasant experience. He even went as far to get me ketchup and wet napkins without being asked. If you are the manager of this restaurant, I just want to say what a great worker he is. I don’t know him or anything but really appreciate the effort that I saw.

Teddys is always a five, at least at this location; no ratburgers here (we all know what happened to the one at 99 Ranch in Mapunapuna!!). The staff is "on it" and although the place underwent a major renovation (i hear the father sold to a son) the changes weren't bad, although im glad they dropped the too small holders for burgers. Their kids special is good quality and decently priced lidat (get sweet potato fries upgrade). It is worth the experience but their pineapple shake (5/10) is a very far cry from their chocolate (8/10).

Guys you are kidding me, two burgers with large fries 32$?serious? Minuses : 1. Too expensive for chain cafe( not restaurant)2. Burger made well done( not medium, how ordered) 3. Bunnies was cold. 4. Been there twice in 2 wks and both times the orders weren't right. Got 2 kailua and it had raw onions and the other had sauteed onions. What?? Today our burgers didn't have the teddy's sauce???? Did you change it. It was all about that delicious sauce.. what happened?? Very disappointed. Paid $$$$.

At this location you roll the dice wether you get someone who knows how to make the menu items right or not. This time my burger was soggy with undercooked bacon my fries were soggy and oily not crisp. My onion rings tasted like fish and my milkshake was bland and tasted like vanilla when I ordered a kona coffee shake beware of this location I can't speak for other locations but can say that this location struggles with consistency issues

Honestly it was really good, I'm never much of a fan of "secret sauces" but it was alright I think next time I'll just order it without. I usually eat at Honolulu burger but their fries suck so I'm happy that at Teddy's I can actually enjoy some nice fries next to my burger! Now while I enjoyed the burger it did give me diarrhea that night which is why I'm taking one star off . However I will probably still eat there again I'm hoping it was just a one time thing since I liked their food

Oh Teddy's, I want to like you. While pricy, the burgers and uber greasy fries taste great. However, I've had issues at this location with order accuracy. I've previously had them get the type of burger I ordered wrong, and during my most recent visit, they forgot the fries! While the staff is always quick to fix these errors, it would be nice if they didn't seem to happen so often.
