This L&L location is the worst I’ve ever been to. As a franchise this location does not meet the standards I’ve come to expect. Extremely dirty with dust and grime everywhere including the ceiling and floors. The food was not edible as it was undercooked. Customer service was inadequate and COVID signs everywhere even though the pandemic has been declared over by government officials.

The Manager & 1 of The Cashier Have Been Very Rude. They Don't Care About Anything. The Cashier Especially, Doesn't Know How To Talk To People & Greet People Nicely. Serving Them An Affidavit. For Being Very Rude

Local Moco with some local bruddahs was good. No complaints as this was a good option since our planned restaurant was being renovated.

Absolutely delicious. We came here on a whim the first day of a vacation and just had to come back before we left. BBQ combination, spicy chicken and spam musubi are SO good.

Really small shop. Food was decent. No refills on soda is a big bummer.

Brah, these guys water down their Mac salad. The meat in the beef stew was hard to bite through. Their hamburger steak patty is super small and thin. Never going to that location ever again

Rude!!! Woman at counter knows very little about customer service and Aloha spirit. Extra sauce $1. If you want extra dollars you’re in the wrong business girl. We know you wanna go home too, but come on have a little decency and respect for customers. Sure English is not your first language, but actions go a long way. Posted hours show closing at 10PM. Woman turned off half the lights in the restaurant, took the condiments away, and she started noisily mopping and throwing stuff back behind counter. While wiping down tables she saved the straws and put them back in the straw dispenser. You have covid precaution signs all over your restaurant but recycle straws…hm okay? Our family and another family were in the middle of dinner and kicked out at 9:20PM. If you open up and run a restaurant, at least do your job and treat people like people.

Love this place, always great service, yummy food, too bad there's still no in house seating and having to wait outside until food is ready.

Still no dine in option but i do like the kam location because their food is actually good

The cashier was horrible she has no idea how to talk to anyone the food was absolute garbage I highly highly highly! Recommend not going here for food.

I order mochiko chicken and it’s not cook and may daughter said it’s taste like expired chicken so dissappointment and they gonna say come back it’s so late already so bad costumer service.. not gonna buy from there anymore i don’t want my kids get food poisoning from them..😡😡😡

We ordered BbQ chicken, kalua pork cabbage, chicken katsu curry. Very generous portions, we ordered mini plates and we still got big portions, especially their chicken katsu curry. The place is enough for distancing but they currently not doing dine-in. Clean place, no public bathroom, fast and friendly service. Plenty parking. Wheechair friendly.

Waited 40 min for a basic breakfast for my daughter and I. Still waiting.....update.. just got my food. I ordered a portugese sausage scrambled eggs and rice plate with a side of pancakes. They told me pancakes take a long time. Next time I think they should at least warn people of a 40 min wait for pancakes and give the other plate out first to at least be able to give my daughter something to eat in the meantime while waiting or at least giving me an option to opt out of even ordering pancakes to begin with. Overall, they fixed it in the end but it all could have been avoided with some extra communication. I also did not get an update on our food while 5 other people walked out with their food. I had to go to the counter and ask what was up.

Good way to feed a family for not much money.

Chicken katsu, my go to for this place, no dine-in, only take out on the drive home the smell of the plate drives me BONKERS!

L&L is awesome but skip the Ramen Burger. At $6.45 with no sides its definitely not a good bargain. Stick with the mini meals.

this is one of the best L&L locations because they give a lot of food for the price. tonight, I got some undercooked chicken :/ it was still pink. I've never had this issue before, and I come here quite often. I think it's just an isolated incident... I'll come back again.

The food was horrible! Gravy has no flavor whatsoever. Last time I'll ever eat there!
