I always loved their product in the past So don't get me wrong, they r still kinda busy.My only gripe is that the "Quality. & Size" of the various Manapua is so much smaller now, than before & the quality & taste of the pork hash went down too. Always known for 👍good food product,. They have really gone by the wayside. Really disappointed ☹️ in their quality & taste. Used to love this place since I was younger. Sad to see!!!

I've been going there for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. Hole-in-the-wall with the best baked Manpua in town. Many ono flavors, chicken curry, kalua pig, black sugar and coconut, to name a few. Free parking in the back.

Really good baked manapua, pork hash, and other dim sum. Cha Diu was great, and also the coconut bun, Okinawan sweet potato bun, and the Lup Cheong bun. The only thing is the phone order pickup system is confusing. I'd called ahead to order and given a pickup time which was confirmed by staff, only to arrive to a huge waiting line and be told I still has to wait in line for advance phone orders? Then halfway through the line a worker whisked me away to the front anyways and gave me my order. Don't think ordering ahead saved us any time whatsoever, but the eating was great!

Get the Kalua pork manapua! Fall-off-the-bone pork is stuffed in a baked pillowy and chewy bread with a toasty crust

Was told go try there buns, they were not good at all. Also aside from the almost dead big cockroachs on the floor that i saw moving after i got the food, the chowmein, Sui mi and another dumpling I had were also terrible and did not eat the stuff we got after a bite or two. I am asian and this was the worst form of asian food i have eaten. Do not eat here

AWSOME, I was so sad when Libbys Manapua closed I he'd been going there for 40 yr. I have been looking for a replacement ever since, and I found it. This place is the BEST. They only have Baked Manapua but I don't care. The bread is so soft and sweet and the pork is shredded. sweet. jucy and I must say...... better than Libbys. yes I said better. Don't go anywhere else's but here. Also thier pork hash is good it has the white noodle, not yellow like most places.

Pork hash. No taste. Half moon. No taste. Baked char siu, ok. Fried noodles. Totally dried up. Was very shocked at the quality of everything I bought after seeing all the great reviews. Very very disappointing. So bad these should not have been sold.

Everyone raves about their manapua and plate lunches. MEH. Their plate lunches are really not that good. Look at their food selections when you get there. You’ll see for yourself. Their manapua is at best AVERAGE. Go into Chinatown to Sing Cheong Yuan Bakery on Maunakea St. and get the manapua there.

If you love steamed pork buns, try the manapua here. Seriously the best thing in the Chinese Cultural district. Get here early, they run out, and for a reason!

Great Manapua at an inexpensive price. Staff is very kind. They have new hours due to covid restrictions.

I heard about this place on my most recent trip to Oahu. Big Koa on Island 98.5 was talking about this place on the radio. My family and I decided to try their manapua's. Everyone in my family loved their manapua's. We also tried their pork hash. Everything was delicious, fresh, great prices and great customer service. We had their kalua pork and Portuguese sausage manapua's. They are baked and definitely better than the steamed manapua's we have tried at other places here. We will definitely be back for our next visit on Oahu.

this place was really good I really enjoyed the texture of the bun I wish it was much warmer but it’s OK I had the vegetarian bun as well as a sweet potato bun and also the black sesame coconut bun all of them were really tasty and my friend had the chicken and chicken curry and the barbecue pork bun everything came up to about $14 which is a pretty solid deal

Been here a number of times, and we'll go back. Great looking baked bao/manapua, but I'm off wheat, so regretfully can't eat any. Broke that rule to try their Mah tai soo. Good, but not the best I've had. It's dicey what's available each day. One day had their Ip Chai, which is char siu wrapped in steamed mochi rice and ti leaf. The bomb. Was not able to find it after that. Their siu mai doesn't have shrimp in it, just pork hash, which is great for me since I avoid shrimp. So many temping BBQ and warm items. Parking available, access from Kukui St. For the time that we're in there, the parking is usually free during the week.

The food is absolutely delicious. This "hole in the wall" type of restaurant might not look fancy, nor is the service really good, but the food is amazing and fresh. Kailua Pork was just sooo good! I loved the half-moon and dim sum as well.

Consistently good. Always very busy at lunch hour, but service is quick. New addition in July 2019 is the Apple pastry with raisins.

Their manapua was every bit as good as I remembered it. Went back again to get some for my daughter to take back to Pennsylvania.

We wanted to try mana pua on our trip and the reviews told us this was the place! They were great! Service was very nice too. It’s a take out only spot. We tried the cha siu and Kalua pig ones.
